Is this the year? The Jewish Spring Feasts all met their fulfilment on the Feast Days of AD 31. The Autumn Feasts have not been fulfilled yet. It is likely that when they are fulfilled, the Day of Atonement will find its fulfilment on the Jewish Day of Atonement of that year. Since the Feast of Trumpets will meet its fulfilment three and a half years before the Atonement (Close of Probation), it will take place in the spring. However, the Feast of Trumpets is an Autumn Feast, so when in the spring will it meet its fulfilment? Looking at what will occur when the fulfilment of the Feast of Trumpets begins it gives us guidance. The Feast of Trumpets finds its fulfilment in the Outpouring of the Latter Rain. This is very much the same as the Former Rain, which is Pentecost. We will probably see flames of fire falling on the heads of the 144 000 when the Latter Rain occurs on the fulfilment of the Feast of Trumpets. As the Trumpets warned Israel that the Day of Atonement was imminent, likewise the Latter Rain will indicate that it is 3.5 years to go before the Close of Probation. I therefore conclude that the Latter Rain is likely to be fulfilled on the date of Pentecost of the year that the Spirit of God is poured out on the saints. At the rate the World is falling apart this year, I would not be surprised if God pours out His Spirit on Pentecost this year. This will be May 24th this year, on a Sunday. Could it be that we are entering the end time events this year? However, He could hold back the winds of strife for another year or two until all His servants are ready to be sealed. It is time for us to consecrate our lives and all we possess to God in preparation for the final events in Earth’s history.
