The one who is lazy becomes poor, but the one who works diligently becomes wealthy.

Everyone asks God for more money.
But money is the outcome.
Instead, ask Him for the things that produce it.

1. Vision
Without vision it’s easy to drift through life. Goals are important but God-given vision gives you purpose and direction. Ask Him to reveal the path He has for you.
Where there is no vision, the people perish. Proverbs 29:18

2. Wisdom
Solomon didn’t ask God for riches. He asked for wisdom and wealth followed. Wisdom helps you make the decisions that create lasting success.
Give your servant therefore an understanding mind... And God gave Solomon wisdom and very great insight. 1 Kings 3:9–13

3. Clarity
Confusion keeps people stuck. God brings peace and direction. Ask Him to make your next step clear.
For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace.1 Corinthians 14:33

4. The Right Environment
Where you’re planted matters. Even Jesus faced unbelief in certain places. Ask God to position you where you can grow and flourish.
And He could do no mighty work there... because of their unbelief. Mark 6:5–6

5. Strategy
Throughout Scripture, God gave His people specific instructions. Noah had an ark to build. David had battle strategies. Pray for direction instead of relying on your own strength.
By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established. Proverbs 24:3

6. The Right Relationships
Many of God’s blessings came through people. Ask Him to surround you with relationships that encourage, sharpen, and open the right doors.
Two are better than one.If either of them falls one can help the other up.
Ecclesiastes 4:9–10

7. Favor
God’s favor can accomplish what years of striving cannot. Pray for His hand to be upon everything you do.
Surely, Lord, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield. Psalm 5:12

Don’t just pray for provision.
Pray for the character, wisdom, vision, and opportunities that allow God to provide through you.

Many people desire financial success, but the Bible teaches that true wealth begins with a right relationship with God. God is not against prosperity, but He warns against the love of money. Biblical wealth is built on wisdom, integrity, diligence, generosity, and trust in God.

1. Put God First

Jesus taught that God must be our highest priority.

"But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."— Matthew 6:33

When we honor God first, He promises to provide for our needs.

2. Work Diligently

The Bible consistently connects hard work with prosperity.

"Lazy hands make for poverty, but diligent hands bring wealth."— Proverbs 10:4

Success comes through discipline, perseverance, and faithful labor—not laziness.

3. Be Wise with Money

God calls us to manage our resources wisely.

"The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty."— Proverbs 21:5

Budget carefully, avoid wasteful spending, and save for the future.

4. Be Honest in Business

God blesses those who conduct business with integrity.

"The Lord detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with Him."— Proverbs 11:1

Honesty builds lasting success and earns God's favor.

5. Be Generous

Generosity is one of the greatest principles of biblical prosperity.

"A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed."— Proverbs 11:25

Giving to others reflects God's heart and invites His blessing.

6. Avoid the Love of Money

Money is a useful tool, but it should never become our master.

"For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil."— 1 Timothy 6:10

Love God more than wealth, and use money to honor Him.

7. Trust God as Your Provider

Every blessing ultimately comes from the Lord.

"Remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you the ability to produce wealth."— Deuteronomy 8:18
