Glendon Rudder is a prominent figure in Trinidad and Tobago, known for his work as a pastor and for his involvement in various other initiatives. He is the founder and pastor of the City with Foundations church (also known as First City Assemblies) located in Belmont, Port of Spain.
He is also recognized for his role as a professor at United Graduate College and Seminary International. Additionally, he is a "diplomatic administrator for Trinidad and Tobago" for the African Diaspora Union and a "Special Advisor" to I Change Nations (ICN) for Caribbean States and Territories and Jerusalem Israel. He is also credited with creating the "Human Equity Value Concept and Institute" and "The Pan Evangelistic World Outreach." He is a recipient of the "Voice of Greatness" award and is listed in the "World Book of Greatness."
