- LET YOUR SPIRIT TAKE THE LEAD
”For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son... (Romans 1:9).”
What a profound statement from the Apostle Paul from the scripture we just read. It shows you where true service to God comes from. It’s not with your body or with your mind. True service to God is with your spirit. The Lord Jesus said, “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth” (John 4:24).
Your fellowship with God is spiritual; therefore, your service must flow from that same source. When you were born again, it wasn’t your body that was changed, and it wasn’t your mind that was recreated; it was your spirit. The Bible says, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature...” (2 Corinthians 5:17).
That new creation is your spirit. That’s where the life of God is. This is why a person can be born again and still struggle in certain areas. You may find someone who is short-tempered, easily offended, or still thinking the wrong thoughts. It’s not because he doesn’t have the life of God; it’s because his mind hasn’t been renewed.
That’s why the Bible says, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind...”(Romans 12:2). Your spirit is already recreated but your mind must be trained to align with the new life in Christ. Your body also must be brought under control. The Bible says, “...present your bodies a living sacrifice...” (Romans 12:1).
Who does the presenting? It’s your spirit. So, your spirit, being alive to God, must take the lead. From your spirit, you influence your mind. From your spirit, you bring your body into subjection. If you don’t let your spirit take the lead, your senses will. Your feelings will. Your old patterns of thinking will. But that’s not the life you’ve been called to live.
You’ve been called to live from within, from your spirit. That’s where the guidance of the Holy Ghost is. That’s where the life of God operates. Your spirit is a dependable guide because he’s mingled with the Holy Ghost. You’re one with Him: _“But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit” (1 Corinthians 6:17). So, let your spirit guide your thoughts and actions. Let him direct and define your responses. That’s how you live the higher life in Christ.
FURTHER STUDY:
John 4:23-24 (NKJV) ”But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. 24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
Romans 12:1-2 (KJV) ”I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
Romans 8:12-13 (KJV) ”Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. 13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.”*LET YOUR SPIRIT TAKE THE LEAD ”For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son... - KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR TRUE NATURE
”These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life... (1 John 5:13).”
God wants you to know who you are. Not to guess, not to assume, but to know. The Apostle John, writing by the Spirit, says, “These things have I written unto you...that ye may know that ye have eternal life.” This is about your identity—what you have and who you are in Christ—NOW. You’re divine because you have eternal life, the divine life.
Consider the Apostle John, who wrote what we read in our theme scripture. During the time of the Great Persecution, after John had been arrested, they put him in a large boiling pot to fry him alive. They were determined to destroy him. But when the fire had burnt out and consumed itself, John stood up. They couldn’t kill him because there was something about him.
That’s how the expression came about, “St. John the Divine.” They couldn’t explain him. They said, “This is not an ordinary man.” So they banished him to the island of Patmos and left him there. Now think about it: was John the only one who was divine? No. What made him divine was the life he had, the eternal life of God in him, and the consciousness of that life.
That same life is what you’ve received in Christ. The Bible says you’re a partaker of the divine nature (2 Peter 1:4). That means you’re not an ordinary person. You’re not merely human. You’re a God-being because you have the life of God in your spirit. But this must dawn on you; otherwise, you’ll think, talk, and respond from a natural standpoint. Yet that’s not your true identity.
When the Bible says, “...that ye may know that ye have eternal life...” (1 John 5:13), it means God wants you to know and function by that revelation. He wants it in your present-hour consciousness. He wants you to be fully aware that the life in you is divine. He knows that when this becomes real to you, your responses will reflect your nature and your expectations will rise to match the life in you. Hallelujah!
FURTHER STUDY:
2 Peter 1:4 (KJV) ”Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”
John 1:12-13 (KJV) ”But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”

- PROSPERITY CONVICTIONS
June 15th 2026
I affirm that God is the source of my prosperity. He chose and ordained me to bring forth fruit that remains; endless success is my birthright. I’m established in His righteousness; I flourish like the palm tree, with grace and glory.
I have the cutting edge in everything; in my career and business endeavours. Through adherence to spiritual principles revealed in God’s Word, I am ahead of my generation. I have been brought into a place of wealth and prosperity, therefore the heat in the land does not affect me; rather, I blossom as the tree by the rivers of water. I live and enjoy a life of ever-increasing prosperity. Glory!!PROSPERITY CONVICTIONS June 15th 2026 I affirm that God is the source of my prosperity. - THE TRUTH ABOUT OUR ADVERSARY
”Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8).”
There’re many opinions and assumptions about Satan, our adversary, but only the Word of God reveals his true identity. The Bible is the most authoritative source on spiritual realities and through it, God unveils the origin, nature and operations of the devil. Without this knowledge, men walk in ignorance; but with it, you walk in light, understanding and dominion.
If you believe in God, then you must also believe what He has said. The same God who reveals Himself to us in Scripture also clearly tells us that there is a devil. To deny the existence of Satan therefore, is to deny God’s own testimony. The Scriptures don’t present the devil as an abstract idea; they reveal him as a spiritual personality.
The Bible tells us about his origin. He was once an angel who later rebelled against God and became the adversary. When someone dismisses the existence of Satan, they often fail to recognize his incognito and the subtle ways he attempts to influence, deceive, kill, and destroy.
But the knowledge of the Word gives you discernment, confidence and the advantage to deal wisely and spiritually in life. It equips you with the knowledge and faith necessary to walk in constant dominion over Satan and his cohorts of darkness.
The Lord Jesus said, “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you” (Luke 10:19). Hallelujah! Yes, you have an adversary, the devil, but he’s a defeated foe. He’s under your feet. You’re not at his mercy; he’s subject to your authority in Christ. You’re superior to him, for you have the power to cast him out (Matthew 10:8, Mark 16:17). Walk in this knowledge and exercise your dominion in Jesus’ Name.
FURTHER STUDY:
1 Peter 5:8 AMPC “Be well balanced (temperate, sober of mind), be vigilant and cautious at all times; for that enemy of yours, the devil, roams around like a lion roaring [in fierce hunger], seeking someone to seize upon and devour.”
James 4:7 (KJV) ”Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
Luke 10:18-19 (KJV) ”And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven. 19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”THE TRUTH ABOUT OUR ADVERSARY ”Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8).” There’re many opinions and assumptions about Satan, our adversary, but only the Word of God reveals his true identity. - *GUARD AGAINST DECEPTION*
_*”But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ (2 Corinthians 11:3).”*_
Genesis chapter 3 exposes a recurring and dangerous pattern of deception that has persisted throughout history. It begins with Eve faithfully recounting to Satan what God had said about the tree of knowledge of good and evil that was in the garden of Eden: _*“...We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.”*_ (Genesis 3:2-3).
Then Satan responded, _*“...Ye shall not surely die”*_ (Genesis 3:4). He contradicted God directly. But it didn’t end there. The next verse reveals something deeper as Satan continues, _*“For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil”*_ (Genesis 3:5).
With that statement, Satan moved from contradicting God to accusing Him of deception. It’s the same thing today; those who are masters of deception accuse others of misinformation. Satan accused God of misinformation. His suggestion was that God knew the “real truth” but withheld it from Adam and Eve. This is the master of deception pretending to tell the truth.
This pattern of satanic manipulation of truth through subtlety echoes in other biblical narratives. For example, in 2 Samuel 13, we see a similar deception at play. The story began with Amnon, the son of King David who developed a lustful obsession for his sister Tamar.
The Septuagint clarified that this was a lust-driven love, not genuine affection. His obsession intensified, and he became sick with longing. The danger emerged when Amnon's friend Jonadab, described as “a very subtle man,” intervened. Jonadab was a cunning advisor who manipulated Amnon into destructive actions that ultimately led to tragedy and death.
You must guard your heart against deception by staying with what God has said in His Word. Refuse Satan’s contradictions and perverted truths. Reject every voice that questions the veracity of God’s Word. When your heart is established in God’s truths, you become unmovable, discerning and protected. You recognise deception for what it is and you remain grounded in the integrity of God’s Word.

And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?” 2 And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; 3 but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, ‘You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.’ ” 4 Then the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die. 5 For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.””*
Proverbs 4:20-22 (KJV) *”My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. 21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. 22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.”**GUARD AGAINST DECEPTION* _*”But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ (2 Corinthians 11:3).”*_ Genesis chapter 3 exposes a recurring and dangerous pattern of deception that has persisted throughout history. *FURTHER STUDY:* 2 Corinthians 2:11 (ASV) *”that no advantage may be gained over us by Satan: for we are not ignorant of his devices.”* Genesis 3:1-5 (NKJV) *”Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. - LITTLE CHILDREN, YOUNG MEN AND FATHERS
”I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake. I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one... (1 John 2:12-13).”
Notice that in the scripture we just read, the Apostle John only associated sin with “little children,” spiritual toddlers. Yet, many speak as though sin is inevitable for everyone, saying, “Everybody sins”; no! The Bible says, _“Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin…”_ (1 John 3:9).
Moreover, the Bible describes sin and defines sin from God’s perspective, not man’s perspective. If you look at sin through the eyes of men, you’ll never rise to your best potential in Christ. The earth around us is thick with sin and condemnation. Man became a sinner in nature after his actions of treasonable disobedience.
Romans 5:12 says, _“Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.”_ It’s the reason the Lord Jesus came and solved the sin-problem once and for all through His vicarious sacrifice in our behalf. As the second Adam, He became sin for us, not a sinner, and therefore paid the full penalty for sin, ridding us of its effects.
Today, being born again, sin has no dominion over you (Romans 6:14). 2 Corinthians 5:21 “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.”*_ So, when the Bible says, _“Whoever has been born of God does not sin...”_ (1 John 3:9 NKJV), it’s because being born of Him, you have His life and nature that doesn’t sin. That’s the life of the new creation in Christ!
What if you sin? While that shows you’re still a child, he already said to the children, “Your sins are forgiven for His Name sake.” But better than that, He also made provision for your automatic cleansing: _“But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin”_ (1 John 1:7 NKJV).
Knowing and walking in the light of God’s Word is the key. It shows you’ve matured spiritually. That’s the life of the fathers: walking in the light of your righteousness—in the light of who you are in Christ—above sin, Satan and the elements of this world. Praise God!
CONFESSION
I have the life and nature of God in me; I live the higher life in Christ. I walk in strength, victory and righteousness. I walk in the light of my identity and heritage in Christ, above sin, Satan and the elements of this world. Glory to God!

- ACTIVATE YOUR SPIRIT THROUGH MEDITATION
”This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night... (Joshua 1:8).”
Truth isn’t powerful just because it’s in the Bible. It only becomes effective when it’s active in your spirit. The Word must move beyond the written pages and become alive in you, and that happens through meditation. It’s through meditation that you condition your spirit with the Word for it to be operative in your life.
There are three vital levels of meditation. The first is rumination, where you ponder, mull over, and digest the Word in your heart. You give it thoughtful attention and consider its meaning deeply. The second level is when you begin to speak or mutter the Word under your breath. You're talking quietly, speaking the Word. Those around you may not hear what you’re saying, but your lips are moving, you’re talking.
The third level is when you “roar” the Word; you shout it! You speak it boldly, out loud. At this stage, you're no longer concerned about your environment, if there’re other people present or not; the Word has taken hold of your spirit. Hallelujah! Meditating on the Word like this is so important because the more you meditate, the more your spirit is conditioned by the Word. Your fears melt away, your boldness grows, and your personality is beautified with the glory of God.
Joshua 1:8 says, “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.” Keep saturating your spirit with the Word of God (Colossians 3:16) and out of that abundance your mouth will necessarily speak: “...out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh” (Matthew 12:34). Then you’ll see the glory of God manifested in every area of your life.ACTIVATE YOUR SPIRIT THROUGH MEDITATION ”This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night... - HERALDS OF A MESSAGE THAT WORKS
”The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it (Psalm 68:11).”
The Gospel has been entrusted to us to publish in every nation and to every creature according to the words of the Master in Mark 16:15, “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” In these last days, God’s Word is reaching places and impacting people that were once considered out of reach, transforming lives in every continent.
Each testimony affirms that the Word of God is living and active, producing salvation, healing, restoration, and even raising the dead. The Lord Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever, and His power remains unchanged. We function today as interpreters and publishers of His divine truth.
We didn’t create the message; we deliver it. The apostles and prophets of old received it by the Spirit and by the same Spirit, wrote it down. They played their role in disseminating the message, but today, we’re the ones on the scene, taking the work further by translating and distributing it in every language and in all nations.
One day, every labourer in the Gospel, every preacher, interpreter, translator, giver, and distributor will be rewarded by the Lord. Not one effort will go unnoticed. Therefore, refuse to be weary; let your passion for the spread of the Gospel be unquenchable.
The world desperately needs the Gospel for their salvation. And beyond that, they must be taught God’s Word so they can know their rights, privileges, heritage, and identity in Christ and live the life that pleases Him. That’s the joy of the Master—that they become His joint- heirs, reigning with Him!
This world belongs to Him. His Kingdom is eternal and universal. The earth is only one part of all that belongs to Him, yet He came here to give His life for us. We’re the ones He died for, His peculiar treasure, His heritage, and His workmanship.
Therefore, every life transformed makes our mission worth it. Every testimony affirms that the Gospel is divine. And in a world full of trouble, confusion, and fear, we are the solution. We are the answer. Our work in the Gospel is critical. We’re the hope of the nations. We’re heralds of a message that works.
PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the privilege of publishing your divine truths and bringing salvation to the ends of the earth. I am empowered by your Spirit to take the Gospel everywhere, transforming lives and nations. Through me, the knowledge of Christ spreads rapidly and prevails, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

- THE WONDER OF WONDERS
”What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before? (John 6:62).”
Did you know that the biological siblings of the Lord Jesus didn’t believe in Him throughout His earthly ministry, even after His resurrection? But when He ascended before their very eyes, everything changed. The ascension was an undeniable confirmation of His divine origin and identity. It was the wonder of wonders.
He had told the Jews that His ascension would be the proof of who He truly was when they questioned His claim to be the Son of God. He said to them, “What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before?” (John 6:62). He pointed them to the ascension as an unmistakable evidence of His deity.
After the resurrection, some disciples still doubted. But on the day of His ascension, and they watched as He suddenly levitated and was taken up into heaven in full view, they had no more argument. Every mouth was stopped. What a moment! The One who was crucified and buried, the very One they thought was dead, ascended bodily into heaven!
This was when His siblings believed that He was the Christ. They didn’t return home. They followed the disciples to the upper room and received the Holy Spirit, including Mary, their biological mother (read Acts 1:9-14).
Suddenly, they realised the One who ate with them, and lived under the same roof with them, was God Himself. His ascension seals His deity and assures us of His return. This was the wonder of wonders and remains a vital part of the Gospel and the Faith that we hold so dear.
PRAYER
How glorious you are, O Lord! My faith in you is eternal, for you’re the only true God, proven by your resurrection from the dead and glorious ascension into heaven, where you live forevermore. - DOMINION OVER FEAR OF DEATH
”Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage (Hebrews 2:14-15).”
The scripture above is as clear as it is emphatic: the Lord Jesus has completely destroyed the one who had the power of death, the devil, and delivered humanity from the fear of death. He didn’t come to give us a partial victory. His work wasn’t unfinished or incomplete. He fully defeated Satan who had the power of death.
2 Timothy 1:10 says, He _*”...abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel.”*_ He replaced death with life and deathlessness. Hallelujah! This is the message of faith. This is the Word of the Gospel: death has been abolished.
Consider the early apostles; they didn’t die because they grew old or weak. The Scriptures reveal that their departure from this world was consistent with their specific calling and choice to seal the message of the Gospel with their blood. They laid down their lives; death had no power over them.
The Christian life is the transcendent life, not a slow succumbing to death, corruption or decay. You were not designed to “wear out.” The life of God in you is incorruptible; it’s divine; it’s ageless. It doesn’t diminish or deteriorate. You’re in the death-free and fear-free zone. Live in Christ’s victory every day: fearless, strong and full of life. Praise God!

- THE REALITY OF RESURRECTION
”Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and for ever (Hebrews 13:8).”
There are those who preach reincarnation, claiming that after death, a person returns in another body, perhaps as an animal, bird, insect, or even another human. But this teaching is unscriptural. The Bible teaches resurrection, not reincarnation. Resurrection is life after death, but it’s the same person who’s brought back to life by God's power. That is the truth.
Reincarnation is a lie, a false doctrine, but resurrection is God's reality. It’s interesting how many believe in what they can’t prove. Christianity can be proven. The resurrection of Christ proves His deity. Romans 1:4 says He was declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead.
That’s why His Name still has power today. Whatever He accomplished before He died, His Name continues to do today. The Bible says, _*“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and forever”*_ (Hebrews 13:8). Furthermore, the Bible says God has appointed a day of judgment, confirmed by the resurrection of Jesus Christ (read Acts 17:31).
The resurrection is the undeniable proof that the Lord Jesus is the appointed Judge. Believing in this truth excludes the idea of reincarnation. Some misunderstand the words of the Master about John the Baptist, calling him “Elijah.” He didn’t mean Elijah reincarnated as John the Baptist; rather, He meant that John the Baptist came in the power and spirit of Elijah (Luke 1:13-17). If Elijah himself were to appear again, he would still be Elijah, not John.
The Bible also speaks of two witnesses who will minister in Israel during the last days, and many believe one of them will be Elijah, since he never died but was taken alive to heaven (2 Kings 2:11). When he appears, it will not be a reincarnation, but Elijah himself manifesting again according to God’s plan.
How about Moses? The Bible says he died and God Himself buried him (Deuteronomy 34:5-6). Yet, he appeared with Elijah on the Mount of Transfiguration with the Lord Jesus (Matthew 17:1-3). That wasn’t reincarnation either; it was Moses in a glorified, transfigured body, demonstrating the resurrection power of God.
