When I was a child, I used to think that adults, Teachers, pastors, Iman, parents and generally grown ups and government officials don’t lie. The fear of what our parents, the School Principal, calling us out at the school morning assembly used to keep us in line. Then, we grew up, and realized that in the larger society, there is serious corruption, cultism, bribery, stealing, embezzlement, invoice padding, immorality, murder. Ritual etc. We used to be afraid for those that are involved, because we thought that they will soon be punished, sent to prison or go to hell, get arrested etc But to our surprise, they seemly get away with blue murder. They even prosper, they very soon get connected to the big men of the society. We soon realized that top people we look up to, government officials, Governors, Presidents, Managing Directors, Managers, etc. So, we are getting the best material things that life can offer. we alsorealized, we couldn’t beat them, So, some of Us JOINED THEM. Are we therefore surprised at the youths and people who are today into Kidnapping, Scamming, Ritual Killing, Robbery, Prostition etc. Looting the country's They have seen daylight robbery of election rigging, result falsification, robbery, even at Presidential, governorship level. Top men into drug peddling and certificate forgery. And they don't see arrest, the courts even support them They have seen thugs robb, get arrested, and released the next day by the police, because they got order from above to so do. SO, IT SEEM CRIME PAYS ,and THERE IS NO CONSEQUENCE for wrong doing. CONSCIENCE BEGAN TO DIE. As for me, belief in God, the Bible and Jesus kept me in check as an adult. The Holy Spirit quickens and keep your conscience alive. Finally, it reawakened my dead conscience. If YOU SURRENDER TO GOD too, it could make a whole lot of difference . That is by becoming born again, or do things that may help you. This country is bleeding with Evil. Get help from God, prayer, Bible study, will help you to stop doing and joining the multitude to do and spread Evil. We are basically motivated by desire for more money, material luxury, and power. But why should you shed others tears, blood, and cause pain and sorrow. What you sow will come crashing on your head, or your descendants. There is no free lunch. You will pay the price someday. REPENT NOW. In the long run, we take nothing out at death Ecclesiastices 12 13-14. Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God and keep His commandments. This is the whole duty of man For God will bring every work into judgement, Including every secret thing, Whether it be good or evil.
