"He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end" (Ecclesiastes 3:11 NIV).

Our lives transition from one season to the next some filled with joy and laughter and others with pain and sadness. Through each one of these seasons, God in His own way and time makes everything beautiful.
I remember when my mother battled intense pain for several days before receiving her healing in heaven, as cancer had spread to her spine and brain. But I also remember the beautiful smile that appeared on her face after she took her last breath.
I believe mom smiled because she embraced that hope we who have believed in Christ all have, shed her earthly shell full of pain, and was clothed in a new body free of pain for eternity in the presence of the one she loved the most.
I think all the people whose lives were changed through Mom's example of letting God's strength carry her through the pain and suffering and her receiving a new body free of pain in heaven are part of...."He has made everything beautiful in it's own time.."
