Myrle E. Moore Sr. was born on September 21, 1957, in Washington, D.C., to Fannie Fuller and Benjamin Franklin Moses. He spent his formative years in Charlottesville, Virginia, where he attended grade school and high school.
Pursuing higher education, Myrle attended Grace Christian College, earning his bachelors of Arts in Divinity degree.
