*TOPIC:A GIFT WELL DESERVED*
For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17).
There’s something profoundly beautiful about the righteousness we have in Christ Jesus: even though it was given to us as a gift, it is a gift well deserved. Someone might say, “But I thought it was an unmerited favour?” Not exactly; righteousness wasn’t given to us as an unmerited favour but as a well-deserved gift of grace, and I’ll explain.
First, understand that Christianity didn’t begin before the Cross, on the Cross, or even from the Cross; it began after the resurrection. What does this mean? When God raised Jesus from the dead, He raised Him with the righteousness of God. And the Bible says we were raised together with Him. When the Lord Jesus was raised from the dead, He was born again.
Recall the prophetic words of the Psalmist, echoed by Paul in Acts 13:33, “God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee.” The Lord Jesus was the first of the new creation, and we were made alive together with Him. In Him, you became a new creation, not a sinner in need of mercy.
All your sins were buried with Christ. Your old nature was crucified with Him. Everything about you that was condemned or condemnable was nailed to the Cross with Him. Romans 6:4 says, “Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.” So, when Jesus was raised from the dead, we were born into a newness of life; we were born with His righteousness. It wasn’t unmerited!
We deserved what we got because we’re born of Him. We belong to Him. Let this understanding guide your walk with God! This is the very message He sent us to preach and teach. He wants the world to know that they’ve been made righteous in Christ Jesus. They don’t have to struggle for it; they don’t have to try to attain it, because it’s unattainable. It’s a gift purchased by the blood of Jesus Christ; a gift well deserved, for He paid the price to make it so. Hallelujah!
*Prayer / Confession*
Dear Father, I thank you for granting me the understanding and revelation of my righteousness in Christ Jesus. I walk boldly in the consciousness that I was raised together with Christ, justified, perfected and born righteous. I reign in life, expressing your nature and fulfilling your will with boldness and joy, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Romans 5:12-17;
12 - Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
13 - For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
14 - Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.
15 - But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
16 - And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.
17 - For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)
2 Corinthians 5:21;
21 - For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

4 - We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life. (NIV)

*TOPIC:THE ADVANTAGE WITHIN YOU*
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me… (Acts 1:8).
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of power. When He came to live in you, He brought the dynamic ability to cause changes. That power is not dormant; it’s stirred through prayer, faith, and bold confessions of the Word. He’s also the Spirit of revelation. He unveils mysteries and brings divine insight to your spirit. He’s the advantage within you.
Through Him, you understand things others can’t grasp. It’s part of the blessings and benefits of praying in the Spirit. When you spend time praying in the Spirit, the wisdom of God rises within you, and answers flood your spirit. Your spirit is enlightened with innovations and solutions.
Every time you face a challenge, remember that the Holy Spirit is the advantage within you. You’re never helpless or defeated because His power is active in you. Depend on Him for direction, solutions and strength. As you yield to Him and fellowship with Him, His glory manifests in and around you. He’ll talk with you, walk with you, and reveal God’s heart to you always.
Through fellowship, He communicates divine ideas and guidance to you. He makes the Word come alive in you and keeps your spirit aflame with passion for the Lord. You’ll never walk in confusion or fear because His presence provides direction and assurance. God never intended for you to struggle through life alone; He gave you His Spirit so that you might live in continual victory.
Additionally, the Holy Spirit is the Father at work in you. Through His ministry, you can do the impossible and work the miraculous. Make time each day to commune with Him; speak to Him from your heart, and listen for His voice in your spirit. Acknowledge Him in all that you do, and you’ll always walk in victory.
*Prayer / Confession*
Dear Father, I thank you for the fellowship and partnership of the Holy Spirit in my life. I cherish His divine presence and person in me; He’s my guide, my comforter and my ultimate advantage. Even now, your glory, wisdom, power and love are manifest in my life because I walk in the Spirit and I’m led by the Spirit, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

*TOPIC:CUSTODIANS OF A MESSAGE THAT WORKS*
_*For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth... (Romans 1:16).*_
The Gospel of Jesus Christ that we preach is a message that truly works. It’s a message that produces undeniable results for everyone who believes it. It’s the reason you must be quick and bold to share it with others.
I remember talking to a man who had a very severe heart condition. The doctors had diagnosed him with heart failure and said he needed a transplant. But as I shared the Gospel with him, I said, *“While I’m talking with you, there’ll be a change in your heart. All you have to do is believe what I’m telling you; just believe and give me a few minutes of your attention.”*
He agreed. So, I kept talking to him, sharing with him the words of life. After about 15 minutes, I said to him, *“It’s done.”* And he replied, *“Yes; it’s done.”* The next test conducted on him showed he had a new heart! All the troubles were gone. I’ve seen this happen several times. It doesn’t matter what the case is; this Gospel works. It’s the message of Jesus Christ, and it produces results everywhere. Glory to God!
When you carry a message that works, you’re confident. That’s why the Lord wants us to be confident of the Gospel. We can’t keep it to ourselves because it works. It truly works! The Bible says, *“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and forever”* (Hebrews 13:8).
In Romans 1:16-17, Paul said, *“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith...”* (NKJV). The message has no borders. It works in every country, every city, and for everyone who believes. It transforms lives, brings healing and health to the sick, prosperity to the poor, and salvation to the lost.
How can we be quiet about such a message that transforms destinies and catapults men and women from despair to victory? Therefore, preach the Gospel boldly. The message works every time, everywhere, and for everyone who believes. Hallelujah!
*PRAYER / CONFESSION*
Dear Father, thank you for the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ that works everywhere, every time, and for everyone who believes it. I preach this Gospel with boldness and confidence, bringing healing, salvation, and transformation to all who believe. Amen.

Acts 26:16-18;
16 - But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;
17 - Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,
18 - To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
Mark 16:15-18;
15 - And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16 - He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
17 - And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
18 - They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
Acts 1:8;
