There is a pain in ministry that many people never see. Some church planters pour out their lives to establish a work for God, sacrificing time, resources, comfort, and years of faithful service. Yet some eventually find themselves starting over with deep emotional, financial, and spiritual wounds. Behind many pulpits are untold stories of loss, rejection, and hardship. I know what it is like to lose not only a place of ministry but also the security of a home and to walk through painful circumstances that leave lasting scars. Experiences like these remind us how desperately the Church needs leadership marked by humility, justice, and the heart of Christ rather than the pursuit of recognition, influence, or personal gain. Many nations appear prosperous and orderly, yet countless innocent people quietly carry burdens that few will ever know. Among them are pastors, missionaries, and church planters who continue serving despite heartbreak. Today, I choose to pray rather than become bitter. May God comfort every suffering pastor, strengthen every wounded family, restore what has been lost, and raise shepherds who lead with compassion, integrity, and sacrificial love. the took me out of my home and reported me to the police of being a criminal, the pain that a church planters goes through. the greed of money and fame driving man to hurt and hate the innocent. I take it here since am new none knows me personally but the date of many pastors beneath is unbearable. many nations seems civilized yet allot of innocent people face hardship of the highest order. praying for the suffering pastors 🙏🙏🙏🙏

There is a silent suffering in ministry that many never hear about. Some pastors give everything—years of prayer, sacrifice, sleepless nights, and personal resources—to establish a church. They invest their lives, often at the expense of comfort for themselves and their families. Yet, when the ministry begins to grow, some are left with nothing. They lose their place of service, their livelihood, and sometimes even the ability to provide for their spouses and children. Behind many smiles are pastors wondering how they will pay school fees, buy food, or care for their families. Their children carry burdens they never chose, while those with authority move on without considering the cost. The Church must remember that leadership is stewardship, not ownership. Spiritual authority should never be used to exploit, discard, or neglect those who have faithfully served God's people. Every servant of God deserves to be treated with dignity, justice, and compassion. Today, let us pray for wounded pastors, for their spouses and children, and for church leaders to reflect the heart of the Chief Shepherd. May God restore what has been lost, defend the oppressed, and raise a generation of leaders who build people instead of breaking them. "The Lord executes righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed." — Psalm 103:6
