I'm Lora, homeschooling mom of a big family (this is my 29th year of teaching my children, ages 9 to 33). I was unfortunately stuck in a cult/church (quiverfull type movement) when married to my 1st husband for around 20 years, but was able to escape the abuse with my children. I've since remarried, & am living my best life with my husband of 11 years, & the 5 kids still at home. We have 3 acres & enjoy our chickens, guineas, ducks, & more (we had a rescued baby raccoon last year lol). I lost an adult son to suicide over 3 years ago, & do struggle immensely with that loss.

I'm looking forward to connecting with other believers, & hopefully make some new friends. ❤️
