Something to ponder. How easily are we provoked to retaliate? I did a little study on 1 Cor. 13:5 regarding, Love is NOT provoked. I read and reread that statement. It does not say, Love is not easily provoked. It says it is NOT provoked. If we are walking in the Spirit, keeping our sins confessed then we have a chance of obeying God's Word. Otherwise, we are on our own and can easily be tempted to sin which is disobedience. Here are some passages that may help our understanding: Rom. 12:14, 16-21. Faith obeys the Word (James 1:19-20).
