Once saved, forever saved is a bedrock of false assurance that leads to eternal perdition.God has no pleasure in those who relapse into sin.while due punishment in hell await souls the refuses to repent and turn away from sinfulness,God will not spare backsliders who trample in His grace with impunity. He is,after all,a consuming fire,though merciful towards repentant offenders.

And A Fisherman
The Rich Industrialist was disturbed to find a fisherman sitting lazily beside his boat.
Rich Industrialist- why aren't you out there fishing he asked
Fishetman-because I have caught enough for today said. perplexed the Rich Industrialist asked, why don't you catch more fish than you need the Rich man asked: what would I do with them? said the fisherman.the Richman not understanding the fisherman clam disposition replied: You could earn more money and buy a better boat so you could go deeper and catch more fish.you could purchase nylon nets,catch more fish and make more money.soon you will have fleet of boats and be rich like me." The fisherman asked:Then what would I do?"You could sit down and enjoy life,"said the Industrialist. " what do you think am doing now?" the fisherman replied as he looked out into the clam sea.

Did Jesus teach tithing in Matt 23:23?
Matthew 23:23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
Q Who was Jesus addressing here?
A Scribes and Pharisees
Q Are they disciples of Jesus?
A No!
Q What does "Woe" mean?
A it means, ""the scribes and Pharisees are cursed"
Q Why did Jesus curse them?
A Because they keep a part of the law but neglect the other part
Q Which part of the law do they keep
A The law of tithing
Q Which part of the law do they neglect?
A The weightier matters of the law
Q What is weightier than tithing under the law?
A the laws pertaining to judgement faith and mercy
Q Was Jesus telling His disciples to pay tithe and also practice judgement, mercy and Faith?
A Not at all. i) The statement was addressed to scribes and Pharisees not His disciples ii) Jesus said that tithe, judgment mercy and faith were matters under the law.
Q Are disciples of Jesus expected to fulfil the requirements of the law?
A No! John 1:17 says, For the law was given by Moses, BUT grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
Q So is the law irrelevant to disciples of Jesus?
A No! The law defines sin. Even in this NT era sin is still defined as transgression of the LAW 1John 3:4 But keeping the law does not result in justification and righteousness. Romans 3:20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight:
Q Is it wrong to try to keep the law including tithing?
A Yes! That was the lesson Jesus was teaching the scribes and Pharisees If you are not going to keep all the 650 laws of Moses dont start. Galatians 3:10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in ALL things which are written in the book of the law to do them. Q Abraham was not under the law when he gave Melchisedec tithe. Can we tithe outside the law like Abraham?
A NO! Abraham was a prophet. He gave tithe to the heavenly priesthood on behalf of the earthly priesthood. Heb 7:5,12.
All believers belong to the heavenly priesthood which received tithe from Abraham so to who shall we of the heavenly priesthood give tithe?
We are not called to give a fraction but ALL our Spirit, Soul and Body. That includes our possession, our time, our energy etc
The priesthood has changed and all the laws of priesthood including the law of tithing also changed.

Scammed In Church? Churchianity is not Christianity.

Many people who claimed to be Christians are actually Churchians,their allegiance is to their denominations. they continue to support their leader even if he is clearly living in sin but Christianity demands that you expose all works of darkness even in the Church without respect of persons,Eph 5:11-13, Jams 2:1-3,9.

Are you a Churchian or a Christian?
Churchianity opens it door wide to attract membership by all means,Christianity is only for those who have received Jesus christ as their saviour.Acts 2:41,Acts 8:12-20.

Today I woke up to the sound of a wailing heart,people were shouting and crying.WHY? A young man who's compound is close to my,A very jovial and peaceful man ,he was very nice to people,He died today.His death reminded me of how fragile this life is and this life we are living is a borrowed life ,so everyday we should live for God
The man that died his wife is a qualified nurse but that couldn't save him,everyday we should live for Christ knowing fully well that this life we are living is not OURS.
THERES NO REGRETS, THERE'S NO REPENTANCE IN THE GRAVE.

Today someone close to me asked, why do tongue speaking, spirit filled Christians ends up backsliding and I told her there are some factors involved and the three main factors are:

1)Been born in a Christian Home and not experiencing God for yourself. Having a personal relationship with God.

2)Looking up to people instead of Christ,so when they fall you fall along with them

3)And having the form of holiness but not holiness itself. people who portrait themselves like Christians but are not
