Why I Support Donald Trump

I support Donald Trump because I believe his approach aligns with the priorities I care about most. For me, his message about strengthening the economy, prioritizing American industries, and focusing on job growth resonates. Many people point to his emphasis on deregulation and tax policies as reasons they feel he promotes business confidence and economic expansion, and I share that perspective.

Another reason I support him is his stance on immigration and border security. I value a system that is orderly and enforced, and I feel that his policies reflect a commitment to maintaining national security and upholding existing laws.

I also appreciate his focus on foreign policy that emphasizes American interests. Supporters often argue that his approach is direct and centered on negotiating from a position of strength, and that appeals to me.

Introduction: “What Is Man, That You Are Mindful of Him?”
David asked a question that echoes through every generation:
Why does the God who created galaxies think about us at all?

Yet Scripture is clear—we are on God’s mind. Not occasionally. Not accidentally. Intentionally.

1. God’s Mind Is Full of Purpose
Jeremiah 29:11 reveals something astonishing:
> “For I know the thoughts I think toward you…”

God doesn’t react to your life—He plans for it.
His mind holds:
- Thoughts of peace
- Thoughts of hope
- Thoughts of a future
- Thoughts shaped by His eternal wisdom

You are not an afterthought. You are a divine intention.

2. God’s Mind Is Perfect, Yet He Invites Us Into It
Philippians 2:5 says:
> “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.”

God doesn’t just think about you—He invites you to think like Him.
That means:
- Seeing people through love
- Responding to life with humility
- Walking in obedience
- Choosing righteousness over impulse

The mind of Christ is not unreachable; it is available.

3. God Renews Our Minds So We Can Know His Will
Romans 12:2 teaches that transformation begins in the mind.
When God renews your mind, you begin to:

- Reject what destroys you
- Recognize His voice

A renewed mind is a mind aligned with heaven.

4. You Are Always on God’s Mind
Psalm 139 says His thoughts toward you are more numerous than the sand.
That means:
- He thinks of you when you rise

- He thinks of you when you wander
- He thinks of you when you worship

God’s mind is not distant.
