💥 From Nearly Dead to Vibrant: My Journey into Cellular Renewal
Hi, I’m Scott — not a doctor, not a certified nutritionist, just someone who’s lived through a wake-up call that changed everything.
On Monday, January 8th, 2024, I was admitted to a hospital in the Des Moines Iowa area. In the weeks leading up to that day, my body was deteriorating fast. I had never been diagnosed with diabetes before, and at 58 years old, I was blindsided.
When the doctors ran tests, they found my blood sugar was 660 and my A1C was 13.5%. I was immediately admitted to the Critical Care Unit (CCU). They told me it was a miracle I wasn’t in a diabetic coma — and that my mental clarity at that moment was rare.
In just three days, my weight dropped from 136 lbs to 120 lbs, and I experienced noticeable muscle loss. I was alive… but far from vibrant.
After being discharged, my wife and I made a decision: insulin would not define the rest of my life. I dove into research, determined to understand why the body breaks down and how it can be rebuilt.
I learned that lifestyle choices, especially nutrition and supplementation, play a massive role in cellular health. I’ve haven't smoked, drank alcohol, or used drugs in decades — so that wasn’t the issue. It was my eating habits and lack of cellular support.
Since then, I’ve embraced a new path — one focused on cellular renewal, immune intelligence, and regenerative wellness. I’ve seen my body begin to heal, my energy return, and my vision for life expand.
