  • God showed us through the scriptures how to love! in today's world, love means take as much as you can, but God shows us that love is Giving, not just giving, but Giving Value.
Love one another! simply means , give or bring value to one another,.
We must always ask ourselves, do we bring value to whom we relate with each day?

  • This morning going through my devotion and medication I read 1John 4: 7- end and Chap.5.
Seeing how God demonstrates His love by Giving value: He gave his son Jesus! .
Which shows how to love; by giving!
And not just giving anything or anyhow, but giving value.
So the kind of love God calls us to is the love that Gives Value. God gave His All and most valuable Son to make more sons!
And so does the scriptures demands us to love one another! Bring/give value to one another! For this is the partten of God's love.

    Judges 13

God’s Grace in Raising a Deliverer

Judges 13 introduces the birth narrative of Samson and begins a new chapter in Israel’s story. Once again, the familiar pattern appears: the people have drifted from the Lord, and oppression follows. This time, the Philistines dominate Israel for an extended period. Yet before the people even cry out for deliverance, God takes the initiative.

The chapter centers on a barren woman and her husband, Manoah. An angel of the Lord appears with an unexpected announcement—a son will be born, and he will be set apart from birth for God’s purposes. This child is to live under a special vow of consecration, marking him as someone uniquely appointed by God.

The story emphasizes that Samson’s calling begins long before his achievements. Before he performs any act of strength, God has already established a purpose for his life. This reminds us that God’s plans originate with Him, not with human ability or effort.

Manoah and his wife respond with reverence and awe. Though they do not fully understand everything God is doing, they trust His word. The chapter closes with the birth of Samson and the indication that God’s Spirit is beginning to work in his life.

Theologically, Judges 13 reveals God’s grace and initiative. Israel is not seeking God, yet God is already preparing a deliverer. This reflects His character throughout Scripture—He moves toward His people even when they have wandered away.

This chapter points forward to Christ through the miraculous birth announcement and the theme of a divinely appointed deliverer. While Samson’s life will ultimately reveal human weakness, Jesus comes as the perfect Deliverer, fully consecrated to the Father and perfectly faithful to His calling.

For believers today, Judges 13 reminds us that God is at work even before we recognize it. He has purposes that extend beyond what we can see, and He often begins His work long before the results become visible. In Christ, we can trust that God’s plans are good, His timing is perfect, and His grace reaches us even before we know our need.

    Judges 14

The Danger of Compromise and the Sovereignty of God

Judges 14 begins Samson’s public life and immediately reveals the tension that will define much of his story. Though set apart by God for a holy purpose, Samson begins making choices driven more by personal desire than by spiritual discernment.

The chapter opens with Samson pursuing a relationship that goes against the wisdom and direction God had given His people. His focus is on what pleases him rather than what honors the Lord. This becomes an early sign of the struggle between his calling and his conduct.

Yet even through Samson’s flawed decisions, God remains at work. The chapter repeatedly demonstrates that God’s purposes are not frustrated by human weakness. The Lord uses circumstances, even imperfect ones, to begin confronting Israel’s oppressors.

As the story unfolds, Samson experiences moments of extraordinary strength empowered by the Spirit of God. However, these displays of power stand alongside evidence of poor judgment and spiritual carelessness. The contrast is striking. A person may be gifted by God and still struggle with obedience and wisdom.

The chapter ends with conflict, confusion, and broken relationships. What began with personal desire leads to division and tension. Samson’s choices create consequences, revealing that compromise never remains isolated.

Theologically, Judges 14 highlights the difference between possessing God-given ability and living in faithful obedience. Samson has strength, but strength alone is not enough. God desires hearts that are fully surrendered, not merely empowered.

This chapter points to Christ by contrast. Where Samson often follows his own desires, Jesus perfectly follows the Father’s will. Where Samson’s victories are mixed with failure, Christ’s obedience is complete and flawless. He is the Deliverer who never compromises and never falls short.

For believers today, Judges 14 serves as a warning about the danger of compromise. God may bless, gift, and use us, but we are still called to walk in obedience and wisdom. Talents and opportunities cannot replace faithfulness. In Christ, we are called not only to receive God’s power but also to submit our desires and decisions to His lordship every day.

    Acts 24

Righteousness, Self-Control, and the Judgment to Come

Acts chapter 24 presents a clear picture of standing firm in the truth of the Christ, the Son of God, even when facing false accusations and unjust circumstances. As the redemptive plan continues, the setting shifts to a formal hearing where truth is contrasted with manipulation and distortion. Accusations are presented with persuasive language, yet they lack substance. This reflects a recurring reality—truth is often challenged by appearance and influence, but it remains unchanged.

When given the opportunity to respond, the focus remains steady and grounded. The defense is not built on emotion or retaliation, but on clarity and integrity. The Christ is at the center, and the message is consistent with what has always been proclaimed. This moment highlights an important aspect of Christian living—remaining faithful to truth regardless of the setting or pressure.

The core of the message points to the hope found in the redemptive plan. There is confidence in the promises of God, including the reality of resurrection and accountability before Him. This perspective shapes how life is lived, emphasizing a clear conscience and a commitment to what is right. The Son of God calls His followers to live with integrity, knowing that their lives are ultimately before Him.

As the hearing continues, there is a shift from public accusation to private conversation. Curiosity replaces confrontation, and there is interest in hearing more about the Christ. Yet as the message unfolds—touching on righteousness, self-control, and coming judgment—it brings discomfort. This reveals a key truth: the message of the Christ does not simply inform; it confronts the heart.

Rather than responding with repentance, there is delay. The opportunity to respond is postponed, revealing the danger of hesitation. The redemptive plan is offered, but it must be received. Delayed response can lead to missed opportunity. This moment serves as a warning within Christian living—not to put off what God is making clear.

The chapter closes with a prolonged period of waiting. Circumstances remain unchanged outwardly, yet the purpose of the Christ continues. Even in delay, the redemptive plan is not stalled. God is working beyond what is immediately visible.

Acts 24 emphasizes the importance of integrity, the power of truth, and the urgency of response. The Christ, the Son of God, calls people not only to hear the message, but to act upon it.

For believers today, this chapter calls us to live with a clear conscience before the Christ, grounded in His truth. Christian living includes standing firm even when misunderstood or misrepresented. We are reminded to speak truth with clarity and to trust God with the outcome. At the same time, we are warned not to delay our response to what the Son of God is revealing. As we walk in righteousness and obedience, we participate in the redemptive plan, living in light of both His grace and His coming judgment.
