For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish" Heavenly Father, In the name of Jesus, I declare today that I choose to walk in the Spirit. I align my steps, my thoughts, my desires, and my actions with Your will. I reject every influence of the flesh—every carnal appetite, every desire that wars against my spirit—and I declare they have no dominion over me. By the power of the Holy Spirit, I receive grace to overcome the battles within. Where the flesh has tried to control, I declare freedom! Where sin has tried to reign, I pronounce righteousness! Where confusion has tried to settle, I declare clarity through the Spirit of God. Lord, I prophesy that from today, my life shall reflect the fruit of the Spirit. I shall not be double-minded or driven by impulses of the flesh. I walk in power, in purity, and in purpose.
