Jesus will never leave

How do you measure the value of something? Let's suppose you were selling something, it could be anything. It's not what you think it's worth that really matters it's what someone is willing to pay for it. If you need to sell a particular thing the buyer determines the value of it because they're only willing to pay what they are willing to pay for what you are selling. But you see God and the Lord Jesus Christ determined your value 2,000 years ago when Jesus left heaven and gave everything he had just to come and buy you with his priceless blood. You see you are absolutely priceless and valuable and have immeasurable worth because the buyer (Jesus) gave his priceless blood to purchase you. He set the value! Your self worth should never be based on what others think of you because Jesus gave up everything to purchase you. If you've never received Jesus and what he did for you theres no better time than right now.

Look again

1 Kings 18:43-45 KJV — And said to his servant, Go up now, look toward the sea. And he went up, and looked, and said, There is nothing. And he said, Go again seven times. And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man's hand. And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, and get thee down, that the rain stop thee not. And it came to pass in the mean while, that the heaven was black with clouds and wind, and there was a great rain. And Ahab rode, and went to Jezreel.

I. Look in Faith
Go up now, look toward the sea

Elijah prayed and what was the result?
1 Kings 18:43 ...nothing...

II. Look again

1 Kings 18:43-45 KJV — And said to his servant, Go up now, look toward the sea. And he went up, and looked...And he said, Go again seven times.

Elijah didn't give up he held onto his faith

III. Do exactly as the Lord says

Go again seven times. And it came to pass at the seventh time,

The servant followed through with obedience and did exactly as Elijah said the number of times he said to do it

IV. It started small...

1 Kings 18:44 KJV — And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man's hand...

It eventually became full manifestation

1 Kings 18:45 KJV — And it came to pass in the mean while, that the heaven was black with clouds and wind, and there was a great rain. And Ahab rode, and went to Jezreel.

V. Prepare

And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, and get thee down, that the rain stop thee not.

Philemon 1:22 KJV — But withal prepare me also a lodging: for I trust that through your prayers I shall be given unto you.

Galatians 6:9 KJV — And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Hebrews 10:36 KJV — For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.

I was having my personal time with the Lord this morning...my day had started out rough so I'm sitting there trying to figure out how to redeem the day. Almost immediately I went to praying in tongues and the Lord began to speak to me and he showed me how he is the Lord of time and space. He reminded me how his disciples were in a boat in a storm rowing and rowing not getting anywhere when he came to them... You know the Lord will come to you in the darkest time, he'll also come to you when youre worn out and you've given it all you've got. These guys were doing everything they could do in their natural strength to get where they needed to be and it wasn't enough. Now the Bible says they willingly received him into the ship and what happened next? He teleported them - in an instant - to the place they needed to be. The Bible says that God is able to do more than we could possibly ask or even think according to his power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). Be encouraged it doesn't matter if you just started your day out wrong or if you're behind by years and feel like time is slipping away and you're still not where you need to be. Willingly receive Jesus into your situation, any situation, every situation. He can set it right and put you where you need to be in an instant - this is one way you redeem the time.

A person is a citizen of the country that they were born in. That's why the Bible calls a born-again child of God a citizen of Heaven - they are born from above.

You know every time I log into this app in the evening it greets me with a "hello" and a Bible verse that says, "and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power." And you know that's true. Hollywood says that you have to find Mr or Mrs Right to complete you but no if you are a born again child of God, you're complete in Jesus. As a child of God you are one spirit with the Lord and with every other child of God. You are never alone! You are already complete, filled to the full in Jesus.

The Bible teaches that in the last days the antichrist would try to wear out the Saints. The Bible also speaks of praying in tongues as a rest and a refreshing. So if you are constantly being rested and refreshed, enjoying the presence of the Lord that comes through praying in tongues, the devil can't wear you out. I bet that makes him real mad don't you? #Rest

Jeremiah 33:10-11 KJV — Thus saith the LORD; Again there shall be heard in this place, which ye say shall be desolate without man and without beast, even in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, that are desolate, without man, and without inhabitant, and without beast, The voice of joy, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the voice of them that shall say, Praise the LORD of hosts: for the LORD is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: and of them that shall bring the sacrifice of praise into the house of the LORD. For I will cause to return the captivity of the land, as at the first, saith the LORD.

The Bible teaches that we've been given a spirit of power love and a sound mind. Power - not helplessness. I looked up that Greek word for power which is Dynamis. One of the definitions is the kind of power that rests on armies. You have a spirit of power! Just like Jesus said, He has given you power over all the power of the enemy. The power in you through Jesus is greater than the power of the enemy...think about that.
