To me, the beauty of Christ is His unchanging nature. He doesn't change based on our performance, and yet it can't be called "settling for less". It's a demonstration of His belief in our ability to focus on Him. He believes in us because He has been like us.
Oh the manner of love! He lived on earth so He understands all that it takes that's why He left us with the Holy Spirit. Not to replace Him but to help us lead a life worthy of our calling, just as He did.
He doesn't change o!
That's the beauty of His love!
His unwavering love is His faith in our ability.
