Brothers and sister, I'm looking for scripture based answers.

I've been employed at my present work place a year as of January, when hired I was told that my clothing should be black or dark clothes. Almost all my clothing has stuff on it about God, such as "God over everything" and "Jesus, the way the truth the life" and so on. My employer told me yesterday that I'm no longer aloud to wear these kinds of shirts. My job is "graveside services" I install the vault into the ground, I dress it with greens and coco mats, and set the device which lowers the coffin into the whole or vault. 99% percent of the time I deal with no one else, I setup up a couple hours before funeral, and return after it's over to clean up

Looking for scripture to help me decide what I should do, I feal this is unjust, but will admit there is some emotion involved right now and I'm trying not to be led by my emotions

Please help me stand on the truth of the matter by providing scriptures that are prudent to my situation
