2. corinthians 10:4-5 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

Verse: Isaiah 41:10
“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

Reflection: Held, Not Hanging
God doesn’t tell you to be strong and then walk away. He says, “I will strengthen you.” He doesn’t just point to safety. He says, “I will uphold you.”

Notice the order. First comes His presence: “I am with you.” Then comes His power: “I will help you.” You’re not hanging by a thread today. You’re held by His hand.

Fear shows up when we feel alone or outmatched. But the God who knows your name in Kampala also holds the universe. That same hand that numbered the stars is steadying your steps today.

Pause + Pray
Lord, I’m trading fear for faith today. If You are with me, I already have enough. Strengthen me for what’s ahead. Help me where I’m weak. Uphold me when I feel shaky. I trust Your right hand. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
