- Today, my heart is heavy but also full of hope. Life has not been easy, and there have been times when I felt like giving up, times when the weight of responsibilities, loss, and unanswered questions almost pulled me down. But one thing I have learned through all of it is that God never leaves His people. Even when we don’t understand His ways, He is still working behind the scenes.
Being a Christian, to me, is not about pretending that everything is perfect. It is about trusting God even when everything feels broken. It is about waking up every day and choosing to walk with Jesus, choosing love over hate, humility over pride, and faith over fear. I am learning daily to surrender my weakness to God and allow Him to make me strong.
My prayer is not only for myself but also for the youth in Luwerezi and everywhere — that they may find purpose, direction, and hope in Christ. That they may know their lives matter and that God has a plan for them, even when the world tells them otherwise.
Today I choose faith. Today I choose to trust God. And today, I thank Him for life, for strength, and for another chance to walk in His light. ~~~
