📢 King James Bible Ministries Is Seeking Volunteers! 📢 We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our ministry in a volunteer capacity as a Secretary/Recorder and a Treasurer. These positions play a vital role in ensuring our ministry operates smoothly, and we are trusting the Lord to lead the right people to serve in these roles. Secretary/Recorder (Volunteer Position) ✝️ Responsibilities: Attend board meetings (usually once a quarter via Zoom). Take notes and record decisions made by the board. No voting powers. 📌 Ideal Candidate: Someone with prior experience as a secretary for a business or church. Additional responsibilities may be required in the future. Treasurer (Volunteer Position) ✝️ Responsibilities: Attend board meetings (usually once a quarter via Zoom). Work closely with the administrator to record all financial transactions. Receive receipts, log all transactions, and maintain records on our accounting system. Provide a financial report on all money coming in and going out of the ministry. Not responsible for making spending decisions—only for recording and reporting. No voting powers. 📌 Ideal Candidate: Someone with experience handling financial records for a business or church.
