A WORD FOR YOU. (Insights For Life) He replied, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. Luke 10:18 NIV. JESUS PRACTICED SEEING? There are many believers who have never seen the devil fall. They always see the devil standing or chasing them. They always see the devil around them - every ant, cockroach, wall gecko is a symbol of the devil. They have a mental and emotional picture of the devil fighting against them everytime. Hence they are in a perpetual warfare with a defeated devil. They never saw or see there own victory. This is why their prayers in the Church is entirely centered on the devil and demons - because that is what they always see. When your opponent is down, the fight is over. It is madness to keep fighting when your opponent is down. Hence, the day you see your enemy down, you will stop praying die die die. Your prayer points and prayer life will change for ever. Winning becomes cheap. Listen: YOU CAN'T WIN THE BATTLE YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN ITS VICTORY. YOU CAN'T OVERCOME THE ENEMY YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN ITS DEFEAT. The second truth is this: YOU DON'T HAVE TO DEFEAT ALL YOUR ENEMIES BEFORE YOU SUCCEED. THEIR PRESENCE SHOULDN'T STOP YOUR PROGRESS. One of the scripture that has changed my entire life is Psalm 23, it says: Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies... IN THEIR PRESENCE, YET, YOU HAVE A BANQUET. You have created the wrong image of the devil around you and your family. WHAT YOU SEE, YOU ATTRACT. Seeing is an invitation to manifestation. It's time to get onboard with Jesus today. Abraham saw it and he had it. Jeremiah saw it and he received it. Jesus also saw it and He lived it. It's your turn, What do you see? Now lift up your voice and declare BOLDLY: I see my health restored. My body is responding to medication. I see a turnaround in my finance. I see victory over these enemies. I see my house rent paid miraculously. I see depression gone. I see ALL the medical report overturned. I see money flowing into my hands. I see my marital settlement this very season. I see doors of favour and mercy opened unto me. I see help coming for me. I see my marriage restored - my man/woman, children are coming back home. I see my testimonies hitting the headline news. I see ideas flowing through my mind. As you declare it, I see everything manifesting speedily in Jesus precious name. A WORD FOR YOU. (Insights For Life) Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah. Psalm 32:7 KJV. THOU AT MY HIDING PLACE? In this week, I want to show you ancient insights for life, ministry and other areas of life. Our fathers used it and escaped unnecessary issues and battles. We have underplayed it, neglected it so we suffer so much. It's time to learn and recover. Our reference scripture refers to God as a hiding place, but also carries something very important. It conveys a responsibility on us - OUR ABILITY TO HIDE. You can have something and not make use of it. There is safety in hiding. The power to hide is the power of preservation. We are too exposed and have exposed too much, therefore, have suffered terribly. This is a very noisy generation. We show and talk too much. We have given so much to the devil and our enemies to work with. The Lord is a hiding "place", but how many of us are truly hiding in that place? Hmmmm! I'm not just talking about taking refuge, I am talking about staying out of sight, out of reach, going undercover, lieing low. You are not just running away from danger but avoiding it by keeping a low profile to protect your identity, personality and ability. The day they know something about you, that day, you become vulnerable. Friends, You are too exposed - HIDE. This is one of the secrets of David. He understands when to hide and when to show up. Infact, he hid (lie low) in the midst of the enemies until he was called for a kings banquet. So David hid himself in the field: and when the new moon was come, the king sat him down to eat meat. 1Samuel 20:24. Even the Angel had to instruct Joseph to hide the child: Matthew 2:13. Act like God - keep somethings from some people. "The secret things belong unto the Lord our God..." Deut. 29:29. THERE IS A TIME TO PLAY THE FOOL AND WALK AWAY, SO AS TO SURVIVE THE SEASON. THERE'S A TIME TO SHOW CONSTRAINT, HIDE YOUR POWER AND AUTHORITY - EVEN YOUR CAPACITY. NOT EVERY BATTLE OR FIGHT REQUIRES YOUR ENGAGEMENT - MOST REQUIRES DISENGAGEMENT, RELOCATION, and even ACCEPTING DEFEAT (FOR THE NOW). There are many things you could have discovered if you stayed low, keep quiet for awhile and hide your identity. Not every information requires spreading, not every testimony requires sharing, not every goodnews requires proclaiming. Don't let too many people into your present project until it is finished. Hide - your self and your work. Sometimes: hide your tears or your celebration. BUILD SILENTLY, GROW SECRETLY, STAY FRIENDLY UNTIL YOU OUTGROW THE CIRCLE OR LEVEL. Learn to HIDE in the HIDING PLACE. Make hiding a priority. Don't expose too quick, don't announce too early. HIDE MANY THINGS BUT NEVER HIDE YOUR PAINS. May God give you understanding.
