God doesn't call perfect people, the same way a doctor doesn't heal those in good health.
God takes those who have been sinful, who have done wrong, and who have turned away from Him, and uses them to grow His people, and bring people to Him.
Paul persecuted and killed Christians, but he ended up developing the modern day Church.
The lesson is this, God is not worried about your past, but He is invested in your future. Focus on what you can do to honour God for being with you through it all. Everyone has a history, but at the same time, everyone can write their future. I choose God to move me in my future. Amen.13 years clean and sober.
