You have been walking in the fog—believing what you cannot see. You long to hold, to know, to grasp; that is what faith does. It is the lens to see the unseen, trusting promises, realities, and a future not yet visible. But faith will not last forever—one day belief becomes sight. Whether praying for decades or holding on by a thread, the question is not if you will ever see—it is when your faith will finally become sight.
Reality is greater than appearances. Everything visible is temporary. Everything eternal is permanent. What is unseen now will one day be undeniable.
Faith that becomes sight is like a traveler walking toward the horizon. The destination remains hidden, yet every step brings it nearer. In the same way, believers walk by faith now, but one day the horizon will break open into glory. Faith will no longer be needed because sight will take its place.
Scripture continually points us toward this hope: “๐๐ฐ๐ณ ๐ธ๐ฆ ๐ธ๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ฃ๐บ ๐ง๐ข๐ช๐ต๐ฉ, ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ฃ๐บ ๐ด๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐ต” (๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐๐ง๐ฌ ๐:๐). Faith is the bridge to eternity, but sight is the arrival.
Too often, we live as if this world is all there is—chasing what fades, clinging to what cannot last. But Paul reminds us, “๐๐ฐ๐ณ ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ธ๐ฆ ๐ด๐ฆ๐ฆ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ณ๐ฐ๐ถ๐จ๐ฉ ๐ข ๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐ด๐ด, ๐ฅ๐ข๐ณ๐ฌ๐ญ๐บ; ๐ฃ๐ถ๐ต ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ฏ ๐ง๐ข๐ค๐ฆ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ง๐ข๐ค๐ฆ” (๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐๐ง๐ฌ ๐๐:๐๐). No more fogs and shadows—we will see not merely a place but a Person. Christ Himself will stand before us. Faith becomes sight when He returns.
Jesus Christ is the reason faith exists—the “๐๐ถ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ณ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐๐ช๐ฏ๐ช๐ด๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ ๐ง๐ข๐ช๐ต๐ฉ” (๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฐ๐ฌ ๐๐:๐). The Saviour we have worshipped by faith will stand before us in glory. No more doubts. No more struggles. No more tears. No more battles. No more funerals. No more goodbyes.
Everything faith has believed will finally become sight. So, what are you living for today—temporary gains or eternal glory? You don’t need Christ merely to sustain your faith—you need Him to turn your faith into sight. Stop clinging to what fades. Fix your eyes on Jesus. Keep hoping. Keep walking by faith. What you believe now, you will see forever. That is not just comfort—it is certainty.
Heavenly Father, we have walked by faith for so long. Our eyes are tired, our hearts weary. But thank You that what we believe now is only temporary. Give us strength to keep looking at the unseen, knowing that soon, faith will become sight. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
Remember, a dose of God’s Word a day will keep you going all day!

This is the surprising timeline of the first rebel and the first man.
It's a question that many curious Christians have asked:
At first glance, the answer seems obvious. Genesis tells us Adam was the first man, formed from the dust of the ground. But what about Satan? The Bible never explicitly says, "๐๐ฏ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ด๐ฆ๐ค๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ฅ๐ข๐บ, ๐๐ฐ๐ฅ ๐ค๐ณ๐ฆ๐ข๐ต๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ท๐ช๐ญ." So we have to piece together a few clues from Scripture.
๐๐๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ ๐:๐๐–๐๐ clearly states that God made man on the "sixth day" of creation:
(KJV)
Adam was the first human, created directly by God. No argument there.
Angels are spirit beings. They were created "before" the physical universe.
We know this because in the book of Job, God asks Job:
The "๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฏ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ด๐ต๐ข๐ณ๐ด" and "๐ด๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ด ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ฐ๐ฅ" are angels. They were present and rejoicing at the creation of the earth. That means they already existed.
Satan himself was once an anointed cherub named Lucifer He was created perfect, but later fell through pride.
Satan (as an angel) was created before Adam.
Adam came on day six. Satan (as Lucifer) was created during the original creation of the angelic host, which took place "๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ง๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฆ" the seven days of ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ ๐. The angels were present at the foundation of the earth, while Adam was not.
1. God creates the angels (including Lucifer/Satan).
2. Lucifer rebels and becomes Satan (timing uncertain, but before the Fall in ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ ๐).
3. God creates the physical universe over six days.
4. On day six, God creates Adam.
This order teaches us two profound truths:
Satan is a creature, not a co-equal enemy of God.
He had a beginning. He is not God. He is not eternal. He was created good and chose evil. Adam was also created good and chose sin. Both are accountable to God.
Adam's sin brought death into the human race.
Satan's fall brought spiritual darkness, but humanity's fall came through Adam. That's why Jesus, the "๐ญ๐ข๐ด๐ต ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฎ," came to redeem what the first Adam lost (๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐๐ง๐ฌ ๐๐:๐๐).
Satan existed before Adam, but he is not more powerful than the One who created both. The first man fell, but the Second Man (Christ) conquered sin, death, and the devil.
Satan was created first, but Adam was the head of the human race. And through Adam's line came the Saviour who crushes the serpent's head

Everything around us expires—food spoils, empires fall, technologies become obsolete, and philosophies fade. Even the strongest marriages, the elite soldiers, and the most honored names—all eventually become a story. Whether you are young and questioning or old and weary, the question is not what works right now but what remains when everything else is gone.
The psalmist points us beyond this temporal earth to the eternal heaven. God's Word is not revised by culture, amended by lawmakers, or weakened by time passing. What God has spoken remains unchangeable because God Himself is immutable.
God's Word is like the North Star to a traveler in the wilderness. Seasons come and go, storms cover the sky, and generations rise and fall, yet the star remains in its place. In the same way, God's truth continues to shine through every age, providing direction when the world seems lost and confused.
Scripture proclaims God's Word is “๐ด๐ฆ๐ต๐ต๐ญ๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ช๐ฏ ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ข๐ท๐ฆ๐ฏ.” Not debated. Not evolving. Not up for a vote. Settled. Jesus declared, “๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ท๐ฆ๐ฏ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ณ๐ต๐ฉ ๐ด๐ฉ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ ๐ฑ๐ข๐ด๐ด ๐ข๐ธ๐ข๐บ, ๐ฃ๐ถ๐ต ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ธ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฅ๐ด ๐ด๐ฉ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ฑ๐ข๐ด๐ด ๐ข๐ธ๐ข๐บ” (๐๐๐ญ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ฐ ๐๐:๐๐).
Do not navigate life with a map that redraws itself every decade. Time cannot bend the law of God, because it is settled in heaven—eternal, unchanging, and forever true.
Jesus is the eternal Word made flesh (๐๐จ๐ก๐ง ๐:๐, ๐๐). He did not merely speak God's Word; He is “๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฅ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ฐ๐ฅ.” He is the proof that God's promises never expire. He is “๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ด๐ข๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐บ๐ฆ๐ด๐ต๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฅ๐ข๐บ, ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐บ, ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ง๐ฐ๐ณ ๐ฆ๐ท๐ฆ๐ณ” (๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฐ๐ฌ ๐๐:๐). The same voice heard in creation is the One who defeated death through His resurrection.
Will you allow the changing voices of the world to shape your beliefs, or will you stand upon the unchanging Word of God? Trends come and go, but truth remains. You don't need Christ merely to help you navigate changing times—you need Him because He is the unchanging Lord in an ever-changing world. What voice are you following today?
Heavenly Father, we thank You that Your Word remains forever and Your promises never grow old. Forgive our drifting hearts and strengthen us to stand upon Your truth when everything around us changes. Anchor us in Christ, and teach us to trust what You have spoken. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
Remember, a dose of God’s Word a day will keep you going all day!

Change is constant in this world. Trends come and go. Economies rise and fall. Emotions rise and fall. Friendships drift, plans unravel, and even our own hearts can feel different from one day to the next. Whether we are facing uncertainty, loss, or disappointment, the question is not whether things will change—but whether we trust the One who never does.
God spoke these words to a nation that had wandered far from Him. Though Israel had changed, God had not. His covenant faithfulness remained intact because His character remained unchanged.
God's character is like a mountain that stands through every season. Storms may beat against it, winds may howl around it, and generations may pass before it, yet the mountain remains. In the same way, God's holiness, truth, mercy, and faithfulness never weaken, diminish, or drift.
Because God never changes, His promises never change. If God could change, His promises could become uncertain. But because He is immutable, what He has spoken remains eternally trustworthy.
Many of our fears come from the instability of life. We worry because circumstances change. We hesitate because people change. We doubt because feelings change. But it is “๐ช๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฐ๐ด๐ด๐ช๐ฃ๐ญ๐ฆ ๐ง๐ฐ๐ณ ๐๐ฐ๐ฅ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ญ๐ช๐ฆ” (๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฐ๐ฌ ๐:๐๐). Don't trust God like you trust a weather forecast—hoping for sun but carrying an umbrella just in case. Your doubt does not dethrone His character. He is what He is—forever.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever The One who healed and wept will judge the world and wipe away tears. Because He is unchanging, His blood still cleanses, His resurrection still guarantees victory, and His return remains certain.
Are you trusting in circumstances that change, or in the God who never changes? God's promises are not built upon shifting emotions or changing conditions. A changing world desperately needs an unchanging God. You don't need Christ just to help you survive uncertain days—you need Him because He is the unchangeable God from ancient days. His character guarantees His promises are never changing.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for never changing. We confess how easily our hearts fear when circumstances shift. Forgive us and help us rest in Your unchanging character. Strengthen our trust in Christ and teach us to stand upon Your faithful promises. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
Remember, a dose of God’s Word a day will keep you going all day!

Life has a way of testing our confidence. Prayers seem delayed, burdens grow heavier, and answers do not always arrive when we expect them. In those moments, doubt whispers that God has forgotten, abandoned, or changed His mind. Whether we are enduring a trial or waiting for God's timing, the question is not whether our faith will be tested—but whether God's faithfulness can ever fail.
To “๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ญ๐ฅ ๐ง๐ข๐ด๐ต” is to grip the rope with both hands, feet planted firmly on the ground, refusing to let pressure, persecution, or the currents of this world pull you away. The writer does not tell believers to hold on because they are strong. He tells them to hold on because God is faithful.
Faithfulness is like a lighthouse standing through a century of storms. Generations come and go. Waves pound against the shore. Winds scream through the night. Yet the light continues to shine. God's faithfulness is far greater. Long after kingdoms have fallen and civilizations have disappeared, He remains exactly as He has always been.
Scripture affirms this truth: “๐๐ข๐ช๐ต๐ฉ๐ง๐ถ๐ญ ๐ช๐ด ๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ข๐ต ๐ค๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ต๐ฉ ๐บ๐ฐ๐ถ, ๐ธ๐ฉ๐ฐ ๐ข๐ญ๐ด๐ฐ ๐ธ๐ช๐ญ๐ญ ๐ฅ๐ฐ ๐ช๐ต” (๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐๐ง๐ฌ ๐:๐๐). His mercies are new every morning (๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐:๐๐), His covenant cannot be broken (๐๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐ฆ ๐๐:๐๐). God does not plant a vine and walk away. He tends to what He has promised.
Don’t live like a panicking passenger grabbing the steering wheel from a competent driver. We often treat God's promises like a package stuck in transit, wondering if it will ever arrive. But God's promises are never delayed by weakness, confusion, or oversight. Heaven has never misplaced a single one.
Christ is the living proof of God’s faithfulness. Every prophecy concerning His death, burial, and resurrection was fulfilled exactly as promised. He did it willingly so our hands can hold fast to Him.
Where have you been loosening your grip—on prayer, on God's promises, or on the confession of faith you once made before Him? You don't need Christ merely to help you endure uncertainty—you need Him because He is the faithful Saviour who never fails. If God has never broken a promise, why are we so quick to let go of them? Hold fast today. The God who promised is still faithful.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your unwavering faithfulness. Forgive us for the times we doubt Your promises when answers seem delayed. Strengthen our hearts to hold fast without wavering, and help us rest in Christ, knowing that what You have promised, You will surely perform. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
Remember, a dose of God’s Word a day will keep you going all day!

We are the most exhausting generation in history. Calendars are full, deadlines pile up, minds are crowded, and hearts are running empty. Many of us are tired—not just physically, but spiritually. We have all felt that kind of weariness that sleep cannot fix. Whether we are carrying grief, guilt, pressure, or disappointment, the question is not whether we are weary—but where we are taking our weariness.
Jesus gives this invitation in Notice the promise. Christ does not say, “๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ข ๐ด๐บ๐ด๐ต๐ฆ๐ฎ.” He says, “๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐ถ๐ฏ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ฎ๐ฆ.” Rest is not found in escaping our burdens but in bringing them to the Saviour.
A weary traveler may sit beside a well, yet remain thirsty if he never drinks. In the same way, many stand near Christ, hear about Christ, and admire Christ—yet never come to Him. The invitation is not to observe. The invitation is to come.
Scripture reminds us that God “๐จ๐ช๐ท๐ฆ๐ต๐ฉ ๐ฑ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ง๐ข๐ช๐ฏ๐ต” (๐๐ฌ๐๐ข๐๐ก ๐๐:๐๐). David testified, “๐๐ฆ ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ด๐ต๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ต๐ฉ ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ด๐ฐ๐ถ๐ญ” (๐๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐ฆ ๐๐:๐). God does not merely notice weary people—He restores them. We collapsed under loads we were never meant to carry. Christ invites us to bring them to Him.
Scripture reminds us that God “๐จ๐ช๐ท๐ฆ๐ต๐ฉ ๐ฑ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ง๐ข๐ช๐ฏ๐ต” (๐๐ฌ๐๐ข๐๐ก ๐๐:๐๐). But we trade benefits for burdens. Galatians 6:2 commands, “๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ณ ๐บ๐ฆ ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฆ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ'๐ด ๐ฃ๐ถ๐ณ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ด, ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ด๐ฐ ๐ง๐ถ๐ญ๐ง๐ช๐ญ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ญ๐ข๐ธ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ฉ๐ณ๐ช๐ด๐ต.” Yet we bear our own until we collapse. Not will eventually. Will give.
But we trade benefits for burdens. The weary are welcomed, the broken are received, and the burdened are invited. Yet we carry loads God never asked us to bear. Don't treat your soul like a machine that never needs rest. Even the strongest bow will break if it remains stretched forever. Rest is not weakness when it leads us to Christ.
Jesus carried the heaviest burden of all—the burden of our sin. At the cross, He bore what we could never carry so that we might find peace with God, “๐๐ต ๐ช๐ด ๐ง๐ช๐ฏ๐ช๐ด๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ฅ” (๐๐จ๐ก๐ง ๐๐:๐๐). The rest we seek is not earned, but received in Christ alone.
What burden have you been carrying alone? What weight has slowly drained your joy and peace? You don't need Christ merely to lighten the load—you need Him because He alone can give rest to your soul. Stop striving. Stop carrying what belongs to Him. Come to Christ and rest.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Christ's invitation to come and rest. Forgive us for carrying burdens You never asked us to bear and for striving in our own strength. Teach us to lay every care at the feet of Jesus and find true rest in Him alone. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
Remember, a dose of God’s Word a day will keep you going all day!
