Well I’m spirituallly drained need someone to talk with and also to vent out!

I've been facing some anxiety and also I was at the phase where I am not able to share anything it's just because of one small thing and yes I so ashamed of myself when I am saying this and I am really stressed not able to calm myself and also not able to keep myself busy well idk how am I gonna survive this I have experienced these same problems so I know but let's see I just need someone to talk with
