Please pray for those still dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Helene and those in California fighting the fires and dealing with the aftermath of the fires. 1000's homeless and lots of buildings and landmarks destroyed.

Please put Bro. Kenny Harrelson from Garden City, Georgia on your prayer list. He had blood work again today. They said not much change since Monday. All of his white cells and platelets have been killed by the chemo. This has to happen to kill leukemia. The down side is that it is causing him to be very, very weak, in a lot of pain all over and high risk for fatality if he contacts any illness, colds, virus, etc. This will continue to keep him away from anyone but us. He is eating but so weak tonight he ate in bed. He will be going back for blood work again on Friday and also an echocardiogram as he is experiencing chest pain, sometimes severe. He has acute myeloid leukemia.

My 16-1/2 year old son just started his own bible reading in Revelations. I am so thankful that he has been reading his bible more during summer break than he did last year and looks forward to attend Sunday School/High School Connect Group and Church every Sunday, especially since we started actively going to church last summer (went to a Church with no bible study sunday mornings for high school students to a church that has 2 different time frames for high school students).

love listening to the Unashamed podcast by the Robertson Family (Duck Dynasty--Phil, Alan, and Jase Robertson)at night. My husband and I both watch it and my husband also listens to it daily on satelite radio on the way to and from work. I highly recommend everyone to listen to this daily.
