The Power of Teamwork Led by the Holy Spirit June 5,2025 Numbers 13:1-33, 1 Corinthians 12:4-11 Working Together in Harmony God's plan for His children involves working and walking together as a team, guided by the Holy Spirit. The Spirit leads each member individually, and collectively, their ideas and thoughts harmonize to form a unified vision. The Importance of Personal Relationship with God The story of the 12 spies sent to explore the Promised Land serves as a reminder of the importance of having a personal relationship with God. The ten spies who returned with negative reports lacked the Spirit of God and did not have a close relationship with Him,(no relationship with Moses). In contrast, Joshua and Caleb, who brought back a positive report, had a deep connection with God and Moses. The Source of Our Words and Actions What we say and do reflects our relationship with God. If we are not filled with the Spirit, we can not give what we do not have. It is essential to examine what is recycling in our minds daily and ensure it's aligned with God's truth. May We Be Guided by the Spirit May you be guided by the Holy Spirit in all your endeavors, and may your words and actions reflect God's love and wisdom. May you not contribute to the failure of others(may your contribution not bring down fall to your team because the ten spies must have aired the opinion of one among them they probably respected or they trusted his judgement), but rather, may you be a source of encouragement and support.
