For years, he lived as a woman and gained international fame for his beauty. However, he claims to have had a divine experience that led him to reconsider his identity.
According to Rafael, just before undergoing sex reassignment surgery in Thailand, he heard a divine voice that changed his path, telling him: "I made you a man." This experience led him to abandon his transition and pursue a new life focused on Christian faith.
Over time, he embraced Christianity and began a process of detransition. He had his breast implants removed and is now seeking support to continue his physical transformation toward his biological identity.
