Even unbelievers who don't know the law of God have a conscience and deserve God's wrath, because they have not glorified the Creator nor have they been thankful (Lesson 3). 📌Religious people who know the law of God have not obeyed it (Lesson 4). Jews who are circumcised as a sign of their covenant relationship with God and are proud of out ward conformity to God's laws are also guilty before God because their hearts are far from Him (Lesson 5). 📌God’s Charges Against Mankind: Paul is merely repeating the charges which had already been brought by God Himself (in the Old Testament). “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it?
