Good morning to everyone. Grace and peace be with you.

Curious query for you this morning. Have you ever been so at peace with your surroundings that nothing can interfere?

Isn’t that the most delightful thought or prospect? To be so relaxed, so calm, so in tune with your place that nothing that happens around you can disturb you.

Our pup was having trouble determining the appropriate place to utilize the facilities. Even though she was alerting us to take her out, and we would, she would just sniff the grass for a half hour and then lead us back to the house. It would not be very long, and our carpet would have a new spot. It was becoming very frustrating. We already had a gate to block the kitchen to keep her out of the trash and trouble, but we found it was necessary to limit her access to the rest of the house; until such time we can get this bathroom issue resolved.

We moved her bed from the front room (carpet) to the dining room (hard wood floors). If she were to have an issue in the night, it would be much easier to clean up. Since this transition, she has had zero issues. She is on a lead all day outside and then comes in of a night. Allowed to play for a period of time then bedtime.

In the mornings when I pass her bed, there have been times I wondered if she was still alive because she was sleeping so soundly. Even my stumbling around on my sore feet did not cause her to even flinch. She is so at peace and so relaxed that nothing disturbs her until she is ready to be disturbed. It is really cute to watch.

This is the peace that I am seeking. This is the kind of peace that I desire to carry with me daily…during the day while interacting with others. This is the kind of peace that I strive to display for those I do interact with. This is the peace of God.

When our pup was allowed to roam freely, she had too many choices and things to think about. She is so us that I believe that she has ADDOST as well. However, when we limited her movement at night, she found her comfy spot within. When I am all caught up in what everyone else is doing, I have no peace. When I insert myself into issues that are not my issues to be in, I have no peace. HOWEVER, when I insert myself into His presence … I have peace. When I insert myself into His inner circle … I have peace. When I insert myself into His Word … I have peace.

Chaos is the action of being where you are not needed or wanted. Peace is following the direction of the Father to areas where He wants you to be.

It is difficult sometimes to know the difference. I know this to be factual and true. But what I also know to be factual and true … when I adhere to His calling on my life, I am annoyingly peaceful to the chaos around me. It is then when I find the avenues best to share His Love.

Be blessed today my friends.
