Jeremiah 1:5

"Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
God knows everyone of us by name even before we were conceived in our mother's womb. It also means that He Himself took His time to mould me in my mother's womb, I am that precious to Him. I can't get over that! It is wonderful to know.
