Ecclesiastes 12:13 (KJV)
"Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man."

People often ask, “What is God’s will for my life?” They search for direction, longing for clarity about their calling, decisions, and future. While God does have unique plans for each of us, His will always begins with something clear and unchanging—our relationship with Him and our obedience to His Word.

Step One: Fear God
To fear God doesn’t mean to be afraid of Him, but to reverence Him—to recognize His authority, power, and holiness. Before asking for specific direction, we must first honor God as King and submit to His leadership.

Step Two: Keep His Commandments
Many people want God's guidance, but they skip the obedience part. Scripture tells us that true wisdom comes from following what He has already commanded. If we refuse to obey His Word, why would He reveal more details about our future?

Step Three: Trust His Provision (Matthew 6:33)
"Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
When we seek God first, everything else falls into place. The specifics—jobs, relationships, ministry roles—will come in His timing. Our first job is to love Him, obey Him, and trust Him.

Have a great day, and as always, let others see Jesus in you!
