THEME: THE FATHER KNOWS YOU HAVE NEED OF IT
TEXT: Matthew 6 vs 31 - 32
Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32 - For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
What to eat, what to drink or what to wear must never be the concern of a child of God. When these things become your worry, you are not different from the gentiles. The gentiles are people who don't know God and because of that their whole forcus is to chase after the desires of the flesh. As important as these things are we must never be concern or worried about them because God knows that you have need for them. God being a father is the source of every good thing, he will supply your needs according to his riches in glory.
You must forcus on doing God's will for your life, God has needs when you forcus on meeting his needs he will meet your needs. All that you desire will come as an addition, as a reward for serving him. Anything you have outside God's timing and season is a potential killer of your destiny. Just because you don't .have it today doesn't mean God will not give it to you it simply means wants to build capacity in you to handle it. Anything you can't handle will handle you. You know something is handling when it controls you; control your decision, how you serve God and your submission to his authority. Anything that controls you has become your god.
The battles God is allowing you to go through does not mean God is not concern or does not know, you are going through lack, persecution, accusations and many other things, God is teaching you obedience, his teaching you how to walk with even in pain and his building capacity in you. Even when he gives you material things they will take you from his presence, there is a version of you that he is making that is unshakable, unmoveable and always abounding in God's work and in obedience to his will. Radical believers are made in the fire not in the comfort of blessings. When you see God blessings a man that man has been refined by fire.
CONFESSION
I will not be concern about material things because my heavenly father knows that I have need of them. I forcus on doing the will of God and to finish his work in Jesus mighty name AMEN.
