Someone needs to hear this. No matter what you're dealing with or what may be coming against you. There is only way you can fail or be defeated... YOU are that way! You are the only one, that determines if you will succeed or fail. Its up to you You must settle it in your heart that it will be God's way that leads to victory or your way that leads to defeat. God is aware of every detail of your life. He is the only One who can take the broken pieces of your heart and life to make something brand new in you (2 Corinthians 5:17). Let me be very clear, you can't fix or change you, you weren't designed to. If you could do it, you wouldn't need God. I'm only sharing what it took many, many years to learn. I spent so much of my life trying to fix me, and to stop doing what was destroying my life. Want to know what I learned? I could not do it! No matter how hard I tried and how much I wanted to, I failed hard. My advice to anyone dealing with struggles is to step up your prayer life, don't let life get in the way. Do whatever you have to do to make your time with the Father a priority. This isn't just a quick prayer in the morning, you have to make a conscious effort to get into His presence EVERY DAY, then stay in communication through out your day. The next thing is to step up getting into the Word. Stop making excuses as to why you just don't have time... you must make time. You make time to eat and do others things you want to do. Isn't God more important than anything that you would let stand in your way? You arent in this alone (Hebrews 13:5), so stop trying to face life on your own.
