THEME: AWAKING TO WHAT YOU CARRY
TEXT: 1Corinthians 2 vs 11 - 12
For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. 12 - Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
You can never use what you don't know that you have it, this why the devil keeps many people in darkness. Darkness blinds you to the reality of your God given purpose and destiny. When you are blinded by darkness you can never fulfill what God has put the inside of you because knowing what is in you is the beginning of your journey of destiny.
One can never realise their destiny in God without the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the revealer of the deep things of God; your purpose and destiny is part of the deep things that the Holy Spirit will reveal to you. The first thing is that the Holy Spirit reveal who God is to you so that you have a deep relationship with God. When you know God you begin to know who you are in God that is your purpose in God.
The error of many people is trying to discover themselves outside of God. They are using the wisdom of the world to interpret what God has put in them, to understand where they are going and what is happening to there life. The world does not know what God has put in you, your destiny is of God and only the Spirit of can accurately interpret what God has put in you. This is why you need to have a deep relationship with the Holy Spirit so that he can lead you into fulfilling your destiny.
CONFESSION
I open my heart to you Holy Spirit so that you may lead me, Open my eyes to the reality of the destiny you have put in me so that there is clarity to my purpose and destiny in God.
