EARLY FIRE 🔥 WINE June 24, 2025 Topic: MIRACLE (6) By BBJohn So, how can you receive healing for a loved one. I have just two points here: 1. Talk to Jesus about him. The centurion approached Jesus and sought His face for the healing of his sick servant. Jesus responded to his concern and said, "I will come and heal him." If we also seek Jesus for the healing of our loved, He will surely respond positively. 2. Let your faith rests on Christ's spoken word, not on His physical presence. This is what made the centurion a man of ‘great faith’. Great faith equates God’s spoken words with God's presence. Men of great faith are those who place high value on God's spoken word. The Centurion, being an army officer, knew this truth and wouldn't want Jesus trouble Himself coming down to his county home. All He wanted was the word. Jesus declared the Centurion's action as "so great faith" and equated such faith with the faith of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. "… Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel. And I say unto you, that many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the Kingdom of heaven." [Matt. 8: 10 -11] Let's be like the Centurion who, having held Jesus as the LORD of Hosts, knew the weighty authority of His word. His words is the authority of heaven, just like the command of any high ranking military officers. Jesus is the Lord of Hosts - the head of all principalities, powers, thrones, and dominions. Jesus is the Living Word of God - His words carry great and mighty authority. Beware of unbelief. Don’t be faithless. For, at the end of our journey on earth, it's faith that will many into the Kingdom of God, while unbelief will lead several men, including unbelieving church people, into hell fire.
