Morning, June 26th

Read; Luke 8:21

I love the simple truth that Jesus taught His first followers. Do you want to be known as a member of Jesus' family? Follow what His Father says and do what His Father wants! Jesus Himself said in John 14:15, if you love Me, keep my commandments, and in Revelation 22:14, we read, Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. Don't just know what the Word of God says, but also do God's will, show your love through obedience to His will by keeping all of His commandments, including the fourth commandment, and keep the Seventh Day Sabbath holy.

Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father, please give me the wisdom I need today to see the opportunities You've put in front of me to follow Your will. Please help me through Your Holy Spirit to keep Your commandments and do Your will. But I don't want this clarity to go away, dear Father. Help me to obey You in every way. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
