Jeremiah 1:4-5
Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying: Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”

You are not a biological mistake. You are a product of God's Conscious Thoughts and the evidence of His deliberate and intentional work with Purpose.

God spoke to the prophet Jeremiah and God is still yet speaking even up till this day. He is in the business of revelation and clarity through the Holy Spirit.
