It's a lot easier not to focus on how bad the past was when you realize, what your past gave you.
It gave you not only lessons to learn and grow from, but everything in your past cultivated wisdom.
Every time that you have the opportunity to share your testimony, you are imparting divine wisdom, that you wouldn't have, had you not went through all that you went through.
So, even in the darkest times of your life, God would use those times to instill wisdom.
