Casting Your Burden: Trusting in God's Sustenance Psalm 55:22, Matthew 6:27 The Limitations of Human Strength Man cannot sustain himself during life's challenges. We often try to carry our burdens alone, but there's a sustaining power beyond human capability – divinity. It's the Lord's responsibility to sustain us, but He is limited when we take on the burden of worry and panic. Releasing Our Burdens The Lord cares for us and will take care of our circumstances when we release them to Him. After all, we can do nothing about our problems even if we try. Jesus asked, "Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?" (Matthew 6:27). When we seek the Lord and commit everything to Him, He sustains us. A Child's Confidence As children of God, we must know that our Father cares for us and wants us to be comfortable. We should seek the Lord sincerely, speaking truth in our hearts to Him as a child would. Commit everything to the Father, and trust in His care. A Decree of Faith I decree in the name of Jesus: let situations change now. Let what you lack come. May you release your care to the Lord and trust in His sustenance.
