SWEET FEAR OF GOD.

Sweet fear of God's drawing me close to Him,
Who has loved me, in Christ,
Jesus my Lord,
Who's always with me,
as I'm passing through,
Thank You Father, for my love
of Your Word.

You watch over me,
so I don't fear man,
He may kill my body,
but not my soul.
And in Christ,
I am being made complete.
I'll be sin free, not in part,
but the whole.

Sin's no longer the master.
that I love.
Neither is Satan,
now I love Jesus.
He is my Master,
and He calls me friend,
Who died and rose again,
and who frees us.

Why would fear of man control what I do?
They should fear Him,
who kills body and soul.
He can see those,
who hide in the darkness.
Revenge is His,
and His wrath,
He'll unroll.

Sweet fear of God,
is my security.
Christ Jesus is my portion forever.
They can have this old world,
I won't need it.
New Heaven and Earth,
Christ will make sweeter.
