Matthew 1:23 "Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel," which is translated, "God with us."
Isaiah 7:14 "Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign; Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.
Matthew 3:3 For this is he who was spoken of by the prophet Isaiah, saying; "The voice of one crying in the wilderness; 'Prepare the way of the LORD; Make His paths straight.'"
Isaiah 40:3 The voice of one crying in the wilderness; "Prepare the way of the LORD; Make straight in the desert A highway for our God.
Matthew 12:15-21 But when Jesus knew it, He withdrew from there. And great multitudes followed Him, And He healed them all.

"Behold! My Servant whom I have chosen, My Beloved in whom My soul is well pleased! I will put My Spirit upon Him, And He will declare justice to the Gentiles.

Isaiah 42:1-4 "Behold! My Servant whom I uphold, My Elect One in whom My souls delights! I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will bring forth justice to the Gentiles.
He will not cry out, Nor raise His voice to be heard in the street.

He will not fail nor be discouraged, Till He has established justice in the earth; And the coastlands shall wait for His law."
Matthew 13:10-17 And the disciples came and said to Him, "Why do You speak to them in parables?"
He answered and said to them, "Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.
"For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him.
"Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand.
"And in them the prophesy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says; 'Hearing you will hear and shall not understand, And seeing you will see and not perceive;
For the hearts of this people have grown dull, Their ears are hard of hearing, And their eyes they have closed, Lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn, So that I should heal them.'
"But blessed are your eyes for they see, and your ears for they hear;
'for assuredly, I say to you that many prophets and righteous men desired to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it.
Isaiah 6:9-10 And He said, "Go, and tell this people; 'Keep on hearing, but do not understand; Keep on seeing, but do not perceive.'
"Make the heart of this people dull, And their ears heavy, And shut their eyes; Lest they see with their eyes, And hear with their ears, And understand with their heart, And return and be heled."
Matthew 15:7-9 "Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy about you, saying;
'These people draw near to Me with their mouth, And honor Me with their lips, But their heart is far from Me.
And in vain they worship Me, Teaching as doctrines the commandment of men.'
Isaiah 29:13-14 Therefore the Lord said; "Inasmuch as these people draw near with their mouths And honor Me with their lips, But have removed their hearts far from Me, And their fear toward Me is taught by the commandment of men,
Therefore, behold, I will again do a marvelous work Among this people, A marvelous work and a wonder; For the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, And the understanding of their prudent men shall be hidden."
Matthew 21:12-17 Then Jesus went into the temple of God and drove out all those who bought and sold in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who sold doves.
And He said to them, "It is written, 'My house shall be called a house of prayer,' but you have made it a 'den of thieves.'
Then the blind and the lame came to Him in the temple, and He healed them.
But when the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful things that He did, and the children crying out in the temple and saying, "Hosanna to the Son of David!" they were indignant
and said to Him, "Do You hear what these are saying?" And Jesus said to them, "Yes, Have you never read, 'Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants You have perfected praise'?"
Then He left them and went out of the city to Bethany, and He lodged there.
Psalm 8:2 Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants You have ordained strength, Because of Your enemies, That You may silence the enemy and the avenger.
