Revelation 15:2 CEB to NKJV Part 1
Revelation 15:2 And I saw something like a sea of glass mingled with fire, and those who have the victory over the beast, over his image and over his mark and over the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having harps of God.
Revelation 4:6 Before the throne there was a sea of glass, like crystal. And in the midst of the throne, and around the throne, were four living creatures full of eyes in front and in back.
Deuteronomy 4:23-24 "Take heed to yourselves, lest you forget the covenant of the LORD your God which He made with you, and make for yourselves a carved image in the form of anything which the LORD your God has forbidden you.
"For the LORD your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God.
Deuteronomy 4:33-36 "Did any people ever hear the voice of God speaking out of the midst of the fire, as you have heard, and live?
"Or did God ever try to go and take for himself a nation from the midst of another nation, by trials, by signs, by wonders, by war, by a mighty hand and an outstretched arm, and by great terrors, according to all that the LORD your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?
"To you it was shown, that you might know that the LORD Himself is God; there is none other besides Him.
"Out of heaven He let you hear His voice, that He might instruct you; on earth He showed you His great fire, and you heard His words out of the midst of the fire.
Deuteronomy 5:23-27 "So it was, when you heard the voice from the midst of the darkness, while the mountain was burning with fire, that you came near to me, all the heads of your tribes and your elders.
"And you said; 'Surely the LORD our God has shown us His glory and His greatness, and we have heard His voice from the midst of the fire. We have seen this day that God speaks with man; yet he still lives.
'Now therefore, why should we die? For this great fire will consume us; if we hear the voice of the LORD our God anymore, then we shall die.
'For who is there of all flesh who has heard the voice of the living God speaking from the midst of the fire, as we have, and lived?
'You go near and hear all that the LORD our God may say, and tell us all that the LORD our God says to you, and we will hear and do it.'
Deuteronomy 9:3 "Therefore understand today that the LORD your God is He who goes over before you as a consuming fire. He will destroy them and bring them down before you; so you shall drive them out and destroy them quickly, as the LORD has said to you.
Deuteronomy 10:1-2 "At that time the LORD said to me, 'Hew for yourself two tablets of stone like the first, and come up to Me on the mountain and make yourself an ark of wood.
'And I will write on the tablets the words that were on the first tablets, which you broke; and you shall put them in the ark.'
2 Kings 1:10-12 So Elijah answered and said to the captain of fifty, "If I am a man of God, then let fire come down from heaven and consume you and your fifty men." And fire came down from heaven and consumed him and his fifty.
Then he sent to him another captain of fifty with his fifty men. And he answered and said to him; "Man of God, thus has the king said, 'Come down quickly!'"
So Elijah answered and said to them, "If I am a man of God, let fire come down from heaven and consume you and your fifty men." And the fire of God came down from heaven and consumed him and his fifty.
