For the LORD takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the humble with salvation. (Ps.149.4)
If earthly parents love their children and are fond of them and show it by taking good care of them, how more God. There are moments when things may not work out as we expect but the eternal purpose of God still stands. He turns things around for our good. God delights in His children. As they do well, it gladens His heart. He shows His gratitude by decorating their lives with salvation. This salvation is from everything and finally eternal life in His kingdom. May we indeed be the delight of God. May we experience the goodness and salvation of God in the land of the living and at last eternal salvation in Jesus' name.
