THEME: BECOME STRONG
TEXT: 1John 2 vs 14
I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.

There are different levels of growth in the Spirit and of such are the fathers and the young men. Now, the young men are those who are filled with God's word, the word abides in them so that they can overcome the wicked one. The young men are at point were the must prove how genuine their faith is in God.

They are strong because the word abides in them, the word has filled there Spirit so much that it is beginning to transform their character and personality. The word has begun to shape the way they live. Until this begins to happen you are not a young man, its not about physical age but maturity in Spirit by allowing the word to transform your mind.

How much of God word is transforming your life is your strength in the Spirit. You can't be strong and overcome the wicked one if the word of God is not in you. The word of God gives you decernment to know the deception of the enemy and the wisdom to overcome it.

CONFESSION
The word of God abides in me, I am strong and I overcome the wicked one in Jesus mighty name AMEN
