This is from my morning devotions scriptures are from Psalms.
Psalms 27:7-8 (KJV) Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon me, and answer me.
When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, LORD, will I seek.
You know when you cry out to Jesus you will definitely hear an answer to your prayer, and when you are truly seeking Christ he will answer you, and Christ will pour out His grace and Holy Spirit. And the way that you seek Christ is prayer, reading His word, and mediation upon His word. Now to start out just try 5 minutes with Him and increase it daily, and then day by day you will be spending so much time with Him and you will be in His word reading, and meditating, the time will slip away and when you look up you will have been spending so much time studying and meditating for 1,2,3,even 4 hours.
