From my morning devotions scriptures from Proverbs and comments by me.
Proverbs 31:10-31 (KJV) Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.
The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.
She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.
She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands.
She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar.
She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens.
She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard.
She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms.
She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night.
She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff.
She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy.
She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet.
She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple.
Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land.
She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant.
Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.
She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.
She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.
Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.
Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all.
Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.
Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.
With most women these days they do have familys and taking care of their husbands, children, siblings, and maybe their parents but they do not fear God or praise and worship Him. Don't get me wrong they are good mother, sister and daughter but God is not in there lived, other women are God fearing women they pray, and worship, and do devotions and is a very wise woman. She help those in need, and if she has time in her evenings or there days she's very active in there church. My wife she is a God fearing woman and a very wise woman. She eats, sleeps, and live for God with all of her heart.she believes in God's mercy and His grace, she might not get up in the morning make breakfast, to cook lunch, or dinner, but to me that doesn't make here any less of a wife because in her heart she will always serve God, I do what she can't do, and I do it with love. I take care of her to the best of my ability because she is my one true love, which is how it should be with husbands, they should split the duty's with there wives. Some men take the roles of the mothers they get up fix breakfast, get the children ready for school, and take them to school ,or doctors appointments and pick them up. Now days both mothers or fathers take this role. And they should be eaqaly yoked with one another. But now days women are not always the weaker part of the marriage some are stronger and very dominant. So remember men if your wives and a stronger woman the you think the should be we are to still love, and respect them, and their authority and there wisdom and knowledge of the word of God.
1 Peter 3:7 (KJV) Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.
