Living the Resurrected Life

-John 11:25 ,John 12:32,Ephesians 2:6
1 Corinthians 15:55 -
"I am the resurrection and the life" - John 11:25
For some days now, we've been exploring the concept of resurrected life. We have discovered that God's intention for resurrection isn't just about the rapture or the final end, but about living a resurrected life in Christ Jesus. When we are told to live "in Christ," it means living "in the resurrected Jesus." The resurrected Jesus is the coordinator of the Holy Spirit's activities on earth, and He promised that this would happen when He's been lifted high (John 12:32).
The Power of Resurrection
As believers, we are seated with Christ in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6), and He's the King of our spirits. Jesus said, "I am the resurrection and the life," emphasizing that He's the resurrection now, not just in the future (John 11:25). By being in Him, we have access to all that is in Him, including:
- Life, with no more death (1 Corinthians 15:55)
- Spiritual blessings in heavenly places (Ephesians 1:3)
- Authority over Satan and his cohorts (Luke 10:19)
- Seated with Him in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6)
Living Forever
By divine justice and legislation, it is not possible to kill someone twice. Jesus resurrected for us to live forever (1 Corinthians 15:55). Let's go and live a resurrected life, empowered by the Holy Spirit.
Happy New Month!
