For years, many sincere Christians have followed teachers who preach a version of grace that rejects obedience. They say the Ten Commandments were nailed to the cross. They call the law a burden. They label anyone who keeps the Sabbath or calls for obedience as “legalistic” or “under the Old Covenant.” But something is changing. Eyes are being opened. The Holy Spirit is moving on hearts. And Christians are starting to wake up.
They’re realizing the Bible never said the law was abolished—it says the law is holy, just, and good (Romans 7:12). They’re seeing that Jesus didn’t come to destroy the law, but to fulfill (Matthew 5:17). They’re noticing that the apostles still kept the Sabbath, and that Revelation describes God’s last-day people as those who “keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus” (Revelation 14:12).
The great deception of the last days isn’t just about false signs and wonders—it’s about a false gospel that divorces grace from obedience. A gospel that says you can claim Jesus as Lord but live however you want. But Jesus warned that not everyone who calls Him “Lord” will enter the kingdom—only those who do the will of His Father (Matthew 7:21).
This isn’t about earning salvation. It’s about responding to grace with love and loyalty. Jesus said, “If you love Me, keep My commandments” (John 14:15). ALL TEN—not just nine.
God is calling His people out of confusion, out of compromise, and back to the full truth of His Word. The same Spirit that convicts of sin also leads us into obedience. And many will soon realize they were following law-hating teachers who tickled ears, not taught truth.
But praise God—Jesus welcomes them back with open arms. It’s not too late to return to the narrow path. It’s not too late to follow the Lamb wherever He goes (Revelation 14:4).
